The introduction of JiuFang Logistics…

The introduction of JiuFang Logistics into my Amazon FBA operation has truly revolutionized my entire system. With an emphasis on time stability and a wide network of local and international offices and warehouse facilities, the whole logistics process becomes incredibly smooth and secure. It is very hard to come across such a competent and professional service provider—it is definitely worth your attention if you want to optimize your global distribution system.

We are a furniture company

We are a furniture company. And we use JiuFang logistics for our 3pl needs. They are very responsive and take care of us like gold. Mark and his team are very professional and gave us really good prices.

We've been working with Jiu Fang…

We've been working with Jiu Fang Logistics for a little over a year now and have shipped more than 20 containers through them. Our account manager, Mark (based here in the U.S.), has been fantastic — he and his team always keep us informed and handle everything smoothly. Every shipment has arrived on time and without issues, which is impressive in our line of work.

We’ve recently started using Jiu Fang’s 3PL services in New Jersey, Houston, and Los Angeles, and it’s been a great experience so far. The transition was seamless, and it’s brought us significant cost savings across our operations. Overall, working with Jiu Fang has been an A+ experience — reliable, communicative, and efficient from start to finish.

Worse shipping company - Do NOT use!

Ordered on Amazon an item that was supposed to be a Christmas present on December 16th 2025. Sadly, didn't notice that it was from a 3rd party seller using this shipping company.
Tracking sent to us shown that it was "shipped" and then started to display "Delivery Exception", and then stopped updating on Dec 27th 2025, after it says "in transit" again.
Sent email to the company many times without any reply. Their site said you can chat with them but only using WhatsApp, which I don't have nor want to use.
Had to open a ticket with Amazon for a refund, while feeling horrible that the Christmas present never arrived.

I would not recommend this company to others.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from your company. The delivery personnel did not bring my bed frame upstairs to the second floor, and instead, asked me (a female) to carry it up myself. When I declined, he rudely informed me that he was not paid to bring the bed frame upstairs. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I was appalled by the lack of courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others.

They were professional and stuck to…

They were professional and stuck to their pricing. Shipping times varied depending on my container size, but they delivered within the timeframe, and my items arrived in good condition. Overall, a smooth experience. I'd happily use their service again!

xlcourier.com is another name for the company.

Well, I think worth the company. xlcourier.com in the UK.
Management says your delivery is not a priority for us. you have to wait. waiting over a month now.
They have my phone number registered. so no more replying to my messages.

Huge disappointment!!! AMAZON SPN has no value.

Tbh, it is the worst company you can ever work with. NEVER EVER don't fall into trap of doing business with them.
1) They give cheaper prices but after they got the cargo into their warehouse, they increase prices $0.60.
2) They overmeasure the cargo to rip you off.
3) They overpromise and under deliver. They made up lead times to charge you more
4) They tell you lies in any step of the shipment to cover their other lies.
5) They even rip you off more by using cheap and connecting flights.
Overall, they are a piece of crap. I am curious about the Amazon SPN's criteria to be selected. It makes no sense at all. They are so unprofessional and scam kind.
If you want to give them a chance, sure go ahead :)

Best freight farwarding company

One of my friends recommend me this company. I am selling on Amazon and Shopify, and they have their own warehouse in West and East Coast. I choose air cargo service only take 7 days I got my cargo. It extremely exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend!

THIS COMPANY IS LITERALLY A CRAP!!***

This is literally a crap company, the staff they dont understand english properly and they are not ready to provide details or answer customers question, there are hiding things and no clear conversation working with them. horrible, international forwarding guys dont come to this company to do business. They not fit to do business
