After I completed the payment, you changed the price of the item, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. I paid the agreed price shown at the time of purchase, and that is the price you are obligated to honor.

This is not the only issue I have had with your company.

In a separate case, I contacted you regarding problems with my Bogist 5 M Pro. You agreed to send me a replacement dashboard. However, the item you sent was clearly used and does not work.

So in total, I have experienced two serious issues with your business:

Changing the price after payment
Sending a used and non-functional product as a replacement

This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I've been waiting for 21 days now, and the package still hasn't left China

We have bought twice in the webshop (handle and battery for Scooter M5 PRO) and in both cases we had a very good service!

Parts ordered were delivered in 25 days instead of 15 days but Bogist Customer Services ‘s were well connunicating

a bit long to deliver, because item; out of stock, I got notice immediately, and then had to wait for the time one can expect for something soured from china .

They are very polite and very responsible. Despite the few weeks for shipping everything was wonderful!
