I regularly use BOB autowas in Gouda. Friendly and professional young staff, the washing process goes smoothly, it is fast and the result quite satisfactory. The environment post-wash is clean and well organized, including free use of the vacuum cleaners, contributing to an overall positive experience.
Wanted to sign up for a year subscription, turns out I can’t because I benefited from a discount before. This company does not care at all about existing customers, for their marketing team it’s all about acquiring new people.
Their machine is old and scratched the hood of my car, I do not recommend it

I had a very unpleasant experience after buying a voucher from this company, I went there for nothing from Haarlem because they were having problems with electricity and after that I couldn't use my voucher because it expired. I asked them for an extension or replacement as they were still offering this kind of voucher and it was not my fault for this and because it was mention as valid for 3 months but actually was having an expiration date after a month or less. So I was looking for some honesty from the company but there's not such thing there so that's why I don't recommend them, there are actually better companies that offer at lease the same service and even better quality at the same price with what they claim as "actie" or promotion. I've been there in the past for a couple of times, they did decent job, sometimes the rimes where still dirty and there were still stains on the car and I give this bad review for their lack of honesty, for the way they treat their customers.
I'll never go there again, I don't ever want to here about this company!!
