Ga nooit naar dit bedrijf
I will Never Ever go to this company anymore! It is absolutely a trap, which I had earlier read about it but it happened to me too!
The online offer for my car was around 30% lower than actual market value of the car! but due to personal reasons I was ok to sell my car for this price! then on the inspection day, they only do a full microscopic inspection to find reasons to lower the car price even further! Specially based on some invalid assumptions (absolutely no proof), they made up a story and lowered the price around 5000 euros lower than their own initial offer! this is a true scam! So the final offer was eventually at 50% of the market value! what a huge and easy profit you want to make!? they hope some people are desperately in need of money and accept their final offer anyways! But I right away left and exactly 2 days later sold my beautiful car to a garage 50% more than their final offer! The Dutch garage who bought my car also inspected the car, even more carefully than them! I did not trade-in any car either with the new buyer!
I absolutely wasted my time with this company!
terrible experience! just avoid them!

Price reduced significantly at the time of inspection and takeovet
After online bid from wijkopenautos I went to handover my car. They reduced the offer by about euro 1000 giving reason that there were two owners and saying there was damage on car. It was very clearly shared by me when I asked for offer that the car was with me through leasing company and then I bought it, this was clearly stated. Secondly the damage that they mentioned was a minute stone spot on the bonnet and a very light difficult to notice superficial scratch on the bumper which even I had not noticed. Disappointing for me that the representative was focussed on finding reasons to reduce offer as much as possible. I had to sell the car anyway but I do not feel happy at all as the final price is much lower than the market value. Also, it is tricky here in Arnhem that the representative puts the information in the system and somebody sitting somewhere else sends the price after 5-7 minutes leave ngvyou no choice to discuss or question. Lastly there is not even a waiting area in Arnhem, I had to keep waiting outside the office in the open beyond my scheduled start time.

Ok This is hilarious. I havea collectors car, no damages. Driven only on weekends, upgrades, new tires, rims, brakes (big brake upgrade), clutch, flywheel, along with new other parts. Car is amazing quality for a 2001. these people want to give € 994...ahahhaha
This car is worth over 7000 for this condition. Low ballers, avoid.
I legit laughed and almost fell over laughing when i saw the price they wanted to give me.

The Price you get is not the Price you are Quoted!
There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, yet when I took it to Wijkopenauto's, the final price they offered me was over 700€ less than they quoted me online, with no explanation that I could understand for the difference.

Cuts your price in 1/4th cause of small issues
Scams you out of alot of money for small issues. My entire car was well maintained, had a new engine with less KM than the previous and had an issue with 4th gear. Car went from 2000 to 300.
Atleast the person i was talking to was nice and bummed out that they scammed me...
