Good value

This is a good budget apartment hotel.Do not be put off by some of the reviews. This is our second stay here. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The all inclusive menu is plentiful. If you want A La Carte be prepared to pay A la carte prices! All in all this is a good value cheeky little extra week in the sun! We will be back . 😊

Good resort

Never been all inclusive before and I really enjoyed my stay. The resort wasn’t crowded even though it was full. The staff were great and always happy.

Always a most positive experience

Always a most positive experience. I have been staying at the Cervantes since 2011. I have never been disappointed. The staff are most friendly & helpful, no request is ever a problem. The food is fresh and plentiful. This hotel is maintained to a very high standard, always spotless. Looking forward to my return next week and again in April. Solo traveller friendly.

This hotel great

This hotel is placed in a great location, everything is close and around the area are great places to enjoy breakfast and start the day in Madrid. Two minutes to Reina Sofia Museum, walking distance to Prado Museum and Retiro Park. Very handy to have Atocha Station really close too. And great price!

But what makes it very special is the staff; always friendly, approachable and wanting to help.

Average

On the nights in winter is cold, the hotel should install heating in the rooms they were happy to help with more blankets though but not enough to keep you warm. The clraning service just change towels and sheet every two days but not clean the floors and in a destination with beaches I think will be neccesary. The breakfast is abundant with lots of options and that was unexpected.

Very good

Very good. food could be hotter and the quality a little higher but for the price you get good meals, good accommodation (only in the beach view apartment) and fantastic staff.

Amazing stay

After a weeks stay all inclusive here, we have just booked again for March and we cannot wait. The food was amazing with different choices every night, the staff were really friendly and polite, the location of the hotel is great, a 2 min stroll to some bars, shops and restaurants. The pool area was great, spotlessly clean and the jacuzzi was fab too, although one was slightly warmer than the other. The room was kept spotless by the maids with bedding and towels changed daily. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge with a walk in wardrobe, a mini fridge in the room and a great powerful shower with amazingly hot water.
Like ourselves we read the reviews on here about this hotel and wasn’t too sure what to expect but we couldn’t fault it. Keep up the good work guys and see you in a March

Nobody will swim in the freezing cold…

Nobody will swim in the freezing cold unheated swimming pool

Not allowed coffee after breakfast
Says free spa but if you book your holiday through last minute you will have to pay for the free spa service

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans

The pool is so poor they tell you to go to the other hotel across the street and use that one which is included.

Rooms are nice and modernised

Night entertainment is terrible. A guy playing a keyboard 🎹

Bar closes at 11pm most nights

The pool attendant won’t allow you to take any bar food to your sun lounger.

No idea why they have a pool attendant when nobody goes in the pool.

If only the pool
Was heated the kids would come out of their rooms and have some pool fun.
