The Monday relaxation sessions are such a good way to unwind, I almost fell asleep during one of the relaxation exercises I was so calm! The class was very friendly and welcoming, and offered just what I needed due to having many complications with my pregnancy and needing to find extra ways to relax. I will definitely be joining again. And if that wasn’t enough, the sessions are FREE! I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

Absolutely brilliant breastfeeding session with Abby - she gave me much more in depth information than I had from my antenatal classes and I feel much more confident and reassured going into my birth in a few weeks. thank you Blossom!

Great venue to meet up with other mums and socialise with baby , with a cuppa and some lovely baked goods

I really enjoyed the training/class I had. Very informative, useful, full of important information (some that we don’t even think that are so important for daily basis with our baby in the future). Abby was amazing by exploring and explaining all the subjects of the class. I definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The antenatal breastfeeding session was really informative, beautifully presented and sensitive to all of our individual circumstances. I did it as a refresher after breastfeeding my older child and it was really helpful to go through how newborns feed, what to look for to know it's going well and how to get help if there are any problems. The session has left me feeling confident and empowered to start another breastfeeding journey.

I have just finished the breastfeeding class and this was truly exceptional. I can't believe that this is offered for free, Harriet is a lovely person and incredibly knowledgeable. It is incredible that sessions like this are offered and that she spends her evenings providing these. I am incredibly grateful, particularly as I don't live near, but was made to feel very welcome.

Really interesting and interactive presentation, and a great opportunity to network with other professionals. I will definitely attend more sessions.

It was my first time trying Blossom Relaxation Hour. It was absolutely amazing. The wonderful lady that led the class was so incredible, calm and have the most soothing voice. I enjoyed very minute of the session and so did my baby. Thank you it was incredible.

Its the second time doing this course, as I also did it with my first baby. Its very informative and really helped my breastfeeding journey first time round. Really informative. The examples given helped me to understand the information. Good length, wouldn't have liked it being any longer than that.
