I've done this class back in 2020 when I was pregnant with my first baby and found it very helpful on my breastfeeding journey. I have done the class again now to refresh my memory.

Just had Harriet take us through the Antenatal Breastfeeding Class - an essential experience I would say. I've been really nervous about the prospect of breastfeeding due to the known hazards, myths and overload of information on the topic. However, this class has had an empowering and calming effect, getting down to facts, essential advice and Harriet instils confidence and assurance in her presentation style. Many thanks! I have just attended the Antenatal Breastfeeding Class and found it really informative, it covered everything I hoped it would. The host was very friendly and explained everything really clearly. It's fantastic that it's free.

Learnt alot i didn't know regarding breast feeding and alot of useful tips as well!

I attended the breastfeeding class which was a great insight into feeding. It included the anatomy of the breast and the milk, stimulation of milk, positions to feed, frequency of feeding, nappy output, complications of breastfeeding (symptoms) and signposting to other healthcare resources. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to breastfeed for fundamental understanding. Joy spoke clearly and used visual aids. She took time to answer questions and the class finished within the allocated time frame.

Very good free relaxation class online on a Monday evening. Great to take time out in comfort of own home during pregnant. Highly recommend.
