While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I had some important questions and really needed answers. While it is not easy to get to a person for help, once I did, she was professional and very helpful. Thank you so much!

My long term Blockchain account was terminated,
claiming violation of unspecified terms & conditions.
I am unaware of any such violations.
Blockchain would not transfer my bitcoin to my self custodial wallet, and insisted on the sale of my Bitcoin; I complied at a loss.
I was told to withdraw all funds, but it is not possible to withdraw funds to my US bank account from whence they came.
I now have significant inaccessible funds in a deactivated Blockchain account

Scammed despite me warning them around all the scam attempts to access my account. They did nothing and consequently tge scammers took my $5000 I had even though I had 2FA and 12 word protection. Avoid using blockchain like the plague.
Response to reply: I have told your ‘support’ several times and never thing is being done. I get 50 emails a day from you saying someone is trying to reset my passord or alter 2FA, some emails in Russian but nothing has been done to rectify this. You have allowed my money to be taken. You have not repaid this money. How is that even possible? Imagine if that happened at your bank… ‘oh sorry, someone took your money, bad luck’. I had all the security you advised in place. 2FA, 12 word backup password, I haven’t told a soul about any of this is. I oin’t even talk about crypto to anyone. If you check my account I haven’t traded in a very long time. The responsibility of the stolen $5k is entirely with Blockchain and I want it back. What are you going to do about it? Who do I talk to to have it resolved? What is their email/contact info?

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My account was suddenly placed under review for more than 10 days without any clear explanation. During that time, I had no access to my funds and no visibility into what was happening.
The only communication channel provided was email, yet their emails never reached my inbox. I later discovered that they use a ticket system inside the platform, and I had to respond to questions there without any prior notification. This lack of transparency created unnecessary stress and confusion.
Being unable to access my own money for over 10 days is unacceptable, especially since I needed part of those funds for upcoming travel. To make matters worse, I am enrolled in their interest program, and I did not receive interest for the period during which my account was under review.
Freezing accounts without proper communication, delaying access to funds, and failing to compensate users according to program terms significantly damages trust. I expect clearer communication, faster resolution times, and fair treatment of customer funds.

Very bad support - mainly KI generated and no concrete help. My account has been compromised and there are a lot of bugs on the platform. Obviously also security issues! As a result all my funds are lost.

Blockchains appear severally - they obviously keep reinventing themselves with other letters at the end of their name -you can see five of them on Trustpilot UK
Interactivecrypto refused to return my cash. About $600, They told me to go to blockchain, where they had moved it. Blockchain's 'legal department' contacted me to tell me $100,000 plus had been moved to my 'wallet'. To get it I had to send a refundable deposit of $10,000, which would be sent back in two days, with the 100,000 which had suddenly grown in three days from $600.Need I say more - other than criminally corrupt scammers. Interactive crypto and blockchain are linked in corruption.,
