I ordered a roller shade and it was crooked
I ordered a roller shade and once mounted noticed that it was crooked. Had to return it to the store to have it repaired. Picked up and re-instaled it. Everything is fine now. I am expecting financial compensation for all the troubles and cost of having to go back and forth to the store again.

Had to schedule another visit for the two remotes and was later told they could not find them and I should reschedule
