Exceptional service

From the moment I walked in the store until my blinds were hung on the windows the service was wonderful. The staff were professional, friendly and pleased to answer any of my questions. The sales person helped me choose the blinds I wanted and the person who installed them did so on time, made sure they looked good and explained how to use the remote for my motorised blinds. I am very pleased.

Great place to shop but expensive

Great place to shop but expensive, nice blinds etc
To costly for us old folks who try and get better deals with only having fixed income but can't get deals for lower prices this place does not help that way

My experience with Blinds To Go

From start to finish, each person that I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. The sales person, the man who came to measure and the installer, Mohammad, were friendly and very knowledgeable. The blinds were installed in my porch and they just finish the room. Beautiful job!! I am very happy.

No Instructions - WTF!

BTG did NOT provide installation instructions with my roller shade. I could not find instructions ANYWHERE on your site or on the Internet for the hardware that was provided with my roller shade. I eventually figured it out on my own, but it was a much harder installation than it had to be.

Our dining room blind was not right it…

Our dining room blind was not right it was to short. Also the valance on one of our bedroom windows was also to short. They had to reorder both. I know mistakes happen but I find this unacceptable for such a reputable company.
