Absolute joke don’t buy from here website says two days delivery. I bought these as a gift and still hasn’t arrived I contacted them and they said they were understaffed then lied about when they sent them out. I received 1 item out of 3. I’ve said I want a refund and now I have to pay to send that 1 item back.

Placed an order which arrived missing one print, contacted the company who advised that they would send out the missing print. This didn’t arrive, on making contact again they advised that I had already received my order so had to re explain that there was a print missing. Since then c.3 weeks they have ignored my emails and I am still missing a print I paid for

Dont use this company. I have just read reviews and now realise they’re not very professional at all. Ordered a poster on 27 December. I need it by tomorrow, have sent three e mails but the poster still hasn’t left them and they’ve not replied to any of my messages. Am now trying to get my money back

If this company sort their comms out then they’ll be no issues….

So I placed an order for 3 posters absolutely fine via Apple Pay. However no email confirmation which I thought was strange, couple of days pass and still nothing. I ended up emailing them - nothing…anyway I this point I thought it was a scam and was in the process of trying to recover my money.

Fast forward a week and to my surprise all three turned up. The product is great but please sort the comms out, the lack of communication just makes people instantly doubt you.

Now I know that they are in fact actually legit, I would use again.

Its here. Yes was getting worried .. but hey I got it 100% and good quality to , and well protected .. prob the busy time of year .. maybe put some sort of auto reply to emails during busy times… thanks

As similar to others made an order on 7th December and recieved nothing. Money has gone out of my account - nothing dispatched despite several emails. They have not replied- I will now complete a bank dispute and ensure I have posted reviews across social media and what h dog so others don’t experience this - absolutely shocking!!!

Ordered 3 posters on 12th December. Confirmation of payment via email on day of purchase but nothing yet received. No dispatch ups & no reply to customer service email. These are Christmas gifts ordered in good time for delivery pre Christmas. Please sort this out for me. You have my money so send the posters.

I have places an order and I have sent many emails asking where my delivery is and it has yet to come yet. Many people seem to have this problem and I would avoid at all costs I am very frustrated with this service. After all this my posters have now arrived 1 week later but are not the correct size but are decent quality I don’t believe I will be ordering from these again

Not sure what is going on with this company.. placed an order 7th December and no update on delivery. Have emailed and sent help request but no reply. Have now seen lots of bad reviews since December. Please help so i can get my Xmas presents delivered.
……My delivery is now on its way! So odd! Still haven’t heard back from customer services but at least no a scam

Ordered on dec 1st and received a confirmation email but no posters have been sent and they are NOT responding to customer service email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They are a scam

Wouldn’t even give one star ! I brought a present for Xmas on the 3rd December ! Nothinh has come ! And zero reply to emails ! Absolutely disgusting! Avoid

Spent £400 on the 3 for 2 deal with this company and nothing arrived. Have been emailing the customer service for over a week and no reply. No way to telephone this company either. Looking at the reviews from other people I am not the only one to be scammed. Having to take this further now and was due to be a main Christmas gift for my twin boys.

Placed order and received confirmation email. Money taken but no posters received. Website shows every item out of stock. Emailed twice to both info and support email addresses to ask for update or cancel order but no replies. Avoid this company.
18/12/23 Update - funnily enough day after this review items notified as being despatched - still no response to my emails though. Will wait to see what happens……

Very frustrated with the poor customer service from Black Cat Printing. I have emailed twice now, regarding my order, with no acknowledgement or response.

Son placed an order 15 days ago still not received and won't answer emails quick to take his money

Great experience with BCPC. I wanted a print only poster in a different size to those advertised and messaged them to ask. I had a response in literally a few minutes saying that’s not a problem and to just message them and ask for what I needed. The poster arrived a few days later, very well packaged and protected and it’s a great print, very clear and very professionally printed. Thanks for all your help Michael and everyone at BCPC.

Ordered three very high quality Kanye west posters, got a 3 for two deal and they sent me another free poster, they are high quality and shipped extremely fast, the customer support was amazing thank you so much Michael.

Fast delivery and great packaging. Amazing product. Posters are better than I imagined. Fantastic quality will definitely be ordering more and 100% recommend
