No item received for an order I made 3 weeks ago but they said they'll deliver within a few working days. I emailed customer services three times but I got no response. Luckily PayPal gave me a full refund.

I have placed an order on 8th July this year, and I have not received any product, as i have ordered 1 poster. I have emailed them multiple times, and have not received any response for an entire month, although the delivery time says it should take 2-4 business days. This is awful, and these people should not be doing this, as it is clearly fraud. I have asked multiple times for a refund, or for another one to be sent, but no response. I will take this to the bank and file for a fraud scam, as this is unacceptable, and please look at the company reviews before you order from a website you don't know, as this is clearly horrible. I'll update if anything changes, and if I get any response.

Edit: After leaving a 1-star review, a couple days later they finally decided to send the package, so in the end it worked. The quality was good good, and the packaging it came in was also really good to protect the package at all costs.

Total scam. I placed an order and received absolutely nothing—no prints, no communication, and no response to multiple emails or messages via the website contact form. This is not just disappointing; it’s unacceptable.

I’m growing tired of companies operating like this, and this particular case is the final straw. I have now instructed a solicitor to begin proceedings, using the contact and business address details listed at Companies House and on the company’s website.

This theft is being taken very seriously, and I will update this review with the outcome of any legal or regulatory action pursued.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, ordered in May. No goods received, raised a chargeback and this company disputed it saying they sent the goods. I have chased up multiple times by email with zero response. Funnily enough they responded to the bank when chargeback was raised to advise goods were sent, no proof or tracking or anything. So I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this company who are clearly unable to provide goods that were paid for nor any level of basic service.

Following raising the issue with Resolver I actually managed to get a reply from the elusive Black Cat Print Club who denied disputing the chargeback and that my bank should refund the money. I offered to post them a copy of the letter from the bank stating that the retailer (black cat in case they were a little confused about the fact that they sell stuff and are meant to send it or else you know, not take your money) All I got was a rude response like I was going to get my money back twice...which is not true because they, those pesky little peeps at black cat print club, disputed the chargeback...makes me wonder do they just act stupid and clueless or are they really so utterly unaware of what an appallingly shit way they treat people.

Avoid avoid avoid... they clearly have no decency.

No communication, no product, total scam. Luckily bank have refunded, so these two scammers can do one. Any problems, see companies house where these two are listed! just complete the address!

I just lost 100$ on an order from here. I ordered 4 Album Posters and have been waiting 3 weeks. Haven’t gotten a single update on where the package is, and there is no support when I text them about the issue. Can’t recommend.

Terrible. Ordered print 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. Contacted them multiple times. No reply. Awful service.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Same issue. Placed an order, money taken but no dispatch email or response to my emails asking how long it will take. Avoid

terrible service no way to cancel my order, change the address or even track the order. i have emailed for support many times with no reply. Still waiting for my order to arrive at the wrong address so hopefully i can send it back and receive a full refund. No number to call either.

Same story as a lot of reviews, which i wish I had read before ordering from them.

Amateur packaging and unsurprisingly damaged on arrival and not usable.

No response from emails to customer service email, just ignored. Don't use these jokers!

Received goods which had been damaged in transit, due to inadequate packaging.

Several attempts to contact them to ask for the goods to be redone. no response.

My next step will be to raise a small claim against them. Totally unacceptable - I suggest anyone who has had similar issues raises a small claim in order to recover the cost of their order and you will be reimbursed your legal costs as well.

Avoid! I ordered a poster for a friend's birthday, money came out of my account and I got a confirmation mail. Delivery was meant to be in 2-4 days. Since then, total silence. I've sent four chasing mails, and received no response. No phone number to contact them on either.

Looking at the other reviews here, it's either incredibly poor customer service or something slightly shadier. Either way, they took my money and haven't provided the goods. I'll be chasing them for a refund but won't be holding my breath.

Order of €54, I have not heard anything about my package for 3 weeks. I tried to contact their email and I did not receive any response and I do not think I will receive one. They are absolute scammers. Do not even try to buy on this page. They will most likely take your money and you will not receive anything in return.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The company is a scam - they don’t reply to any e-mails, I never received my products and had to involve my bank for a refund. The bank could not make contact with the company either - stay away!!!

Ordered a 50x70cm print. Arrived after around 10 days. No response from customer services when I enquired, but no complaints with the product! Arrived in perfect condition and top quality. Would recommend, but could improve communication a bit.

Ordered x3 posters and received them in great condition and in decent time.

Order arrived damaged, wanted a refund but no response from company after several emails. Tried Resolver UK with no luck either. In the end I complained to trading standards and got a refund through my bank - encourage others to do the same so this company cannot continue trading with such bad practices.

Wrong order received. I ordered 3 posters and received 3 posters but one of them was the wrong one. I have now tried 3 times to contact them and have not received a response. Truly shocking customer service.
