Buses didn't show up. Multiple buses didn't show up leaving me stranded in Paris with no way home & I was unable to book a hotel/hostel due to how late it was. No explanation given aswell.

I booked this company through omio. From Geneva and annecy. Upon booking it didn’t state anywhere that I would need a child car seat for my baby. It let me put in her age of 7 months and it let me book the seats without a warning anywhere (otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it knowing we weren’t taking our car seat abroad)
Whilst waiting for the bus at Geneva we got our cases stolen (weren’t the bus company’s fault) however this made me very distraught and upset.
When we went to board the bus the driver told us we couldn’t board with the baby without a car seat. He said if I do I lose my job and your baby die. The tickets did state in small print you need a car seat but I didn’t even cheak the tickets untill I boarded which was too late.
We had to get the train which cost me another £50 euro and was soo stressful especially with a small baby and the stress of losing my case.
I tried to get my return ticket refunded. It refunded me a measly 2 euro and it was on a coupon. What a joke. I then since tried to send an email explaining I didn’t get a notification about the car seat and would they find some compassions to refund me.
They just dismissed and said it states upon booking you need a seat so they didn’t believe me when I said that for me it didn’t!
I will never use bla bla car again. What a waste of time and money

Used Bla Bla Car twice in Geneva and Annecy. Rude and very unhelpful staff. Dirty and worn and tired buses. Both times the buses were very late. Try to avoid if possible

The worst of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
Booked a ride before i would catch a flight, before taking off i informed the driver we were 1h delayed, when we landed, i saw the driver hadn’t waited and canceled the ride.
I contacted customer service and all they said is that i didn’t reply to the driver in 3 days!!
3 days hadn’t even passed! I replied the same day, just after landing (2h flight)
Then they said they would refund me €6 out lf the €12 i paid, but i actually paid £18!! Which is €20!!! They totally ignored my question about where that money went, and i will receive a £4 refund after the £15 i paid… (€20)
So avoid this company and take an uber

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I bought a ticket from Annecy to the Geneva Airport, that's what it said. The route showed simply that, nothing else. However, I was not taken to the Geneva Airport, instead taken to a completely different city in Annemasse and told to get off. This occurred because I was told check-in ended for my 5:50 AM ride at 5:30 AM, so I got there early. To my surprise, the bus was there pretty early. It parked in the marked spot it said it would be. I showed my ticket to the driver, he said "yes, Geneva Airport." So I got on the bus. We took off early to my surprise and so I started looking at my google map and it appeared we were headed towards Geneva. Then, it veered towards Annemasse, which I figured was maybe a stop on the way even though that was not what my ticket said. To my surprise, the bus driver told me this was the last stop, even though he knew I needed to get to the Geneva Airport. I was so confused. There was a SBB train there luckily, so I was able to take that to the Geneva Airport. I contacted their customer support and they didn't care their bus driver lied to me and took me to the wrong destination. They offered me a 3 euro credit LMAO yeah, no thanks. First of all, why would I ever trust you to get me where I needed to go? Secondly, 3 euro?! It would be a real simple thing for them to refund me, especially since I had to buy an additional train ticket. Worthless company and customer service.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the bus actually showed up and got me to my destination.
The real problem is what happened with my backpack. After contacting the company, they told me they had found it and that it was safe in a deposit, the driver had supposedly taken it there. They even said they would arrange for a bus to bring it to Marseille, where I could pick it up. I was promised a call back, but that never happened.
When I called them the next day, the story completely changed. Suddenly, they claimed they had no idea about my backpack. They denied ever finding it and acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. I filled out an official lost-item form, but to this day I still have no information.
This feels like a scam, what happened to my bag if they told me it was safe?
On top of that, I met two people at the station who said their bags disappeared during the trip and never arrived. This is different than what happened to me, even more terrifying.
Horrible service, unreliable communication, and zero accountability. Honestly, just avoid this company.

Fantastic concept until things go wrong!? I have a had my holiday ruined by the fact that just because after a sleepless overnight ferry I entered the password wrong on my phone a few times and so BlaBla blocked my account due to suspicious activity, without warning; and without an account there is NO customer service to try to resolve things,...All my bookings got cancelled leaving me stranded as a single female traveller with mobility issues. It also meant that my driver's and the buses didn't know what was going on and obviously there is no way you can be in contact if you don't have an account.Herendous situAtion

Reviews are terrifying but the actual experience was completely aligned with the booking guarantees. Easyjet ruined the end of our holiday by cancelling our late-night flight, all other flights were booked within the next 10 minutes and this was the most reasonably-priced timely option: bus was on time, clean, bathroom was serviceable and luggage was safe in hold. I don't doubt others' experience was varied but figured I'd throw in my two cents for others who might panic when booking before checking feedback.

I got the bus from Metz to Prague. The bus was running late so the driver decided to let his mates off at earlier stops. When I went to get off as well so that I could catch my connecting train, the driver physically stopped me and said 'customers cannot get off at unscheduled stops'. When I challenged him, he told me that they were his colleagues. I complained to the company and was ignored.

I had a very nightmarish experience with their service. While I was simply browsing routes from Paris to Amsterdam—checking stops, bus timing,
viewing fares and taxes, etc. — somehow a ticket was booked and the payment was immediately charged to my stored credit card, and the ticket was emailed to me.
I contacted customer service right away to explain this was an accidental booking and requested a refund. I was asked to cancel it online with a 30% penalty and a voucher for the remaining money. When I went online, I got an error message "an account with that email address does not exist" - proof that the ticket was booked without my permission; sent several emails with no help whatsoever. Finally called the customer service again today (12.8.26), and fortunately, the lady by the name Oumayma offered me a voucher for the full amount.
Sad that I did not check the reviews earlier. Now I am stuck with that voucher. FlixBus allows full refund if cancelled within one hour.

The worst bus experience I ever had. The bus from Geneva to Annecy did not show up. The tracking of bus did not work. Customer service did not help, and promised to send an e-mail within a few minutes. Avoid this company if possible.
Zero. Absolutely unusable. I had questions about the time and pick-up for my ride that were virtually impossible to manage by email. Simply being able to talk would have made it easier, but BBC cancelled my messages because I mentioned a phone number. I finally managed to book the ride. Three days before I was due to go, the person in question suddenly cancelled the ride, meaning I had to make alternative arrangements that were far more expensive because I hadn't booked earlier. This is a Mickey Mouse operation. On the basis of my experience, avoid at all cost.
