The trip was mostly uneventful which is good the internet was spotty So if You were watching a movie it was buffering the Drivers were very non communicative. It was a long trip so take water or Snacks with You You will get hungry. if you do this it is fine

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! It offers "cheap tickets" but feel free to cancel a bus when not enoug passengers, pass a stop when the bus is late. Drive away from the bus stop when a passenger went to a toilet (the bus toilets are locked!) with the passenger valuables that he will never see again. Beat (literally) a passenger who refused a bribe. Conspire with the tchieves and do not lock and monitor the luggage compartment and luggage bages.

NEVER refund in cash. NEVER answer to a claim submitted to their "service".

This is just nightmare!

Facebook users even created a group "FlixBus never again!" because they are unable to get any resolution with this conpany.

The only thing consistent about flixbus is that they are consistently late

I know you've probably read plenty of bad reviews thus far, but the price may still be convincing you to travel with FlixBus. Do not fall for this. Never use flixbus. My bus was upwards of an hour late before we called flixbus for info. Prior to the call, Flixbus had failed to contact me about the late bus. When we called, flixbus was unable to track the bus. Around 20 of us were stranded. After waiting 90+ minutes, I ended up driving my own car and am now paying for parking at my destination. This is much more expensive than using a RELIABLE bussing service. The only thing consistent about flixbus is that they are consistently late. Everyone at the stop was saying how their previous rides with the service were multiple hours late. I don't know if Flix ever picked these people up.

I road the Flix bus for the first &…

I road the Flix bus for the first & last time. I would never in the rest of my lifetime book a ticket w/ this company. The bus stop was a dark parking lot, that took me over 15 mins to find, the bus was 1 hr & 15 mins late, there was no organization when boarding the bus, people were all over the place. We stopped 3 times & would stay at these stops for over 15 mins. The Flix bus drops you off on a main street, like you’re were riding a public city bus. When it was time for me to depart a few days later, The stop took me over 30 mins to
find, good thing I was early, but the Flix bus never showed. I spoke to a few operators, which were very unprofessional and had no clue where the bus was located. They repeatedly told me the bus is still scheduled to arrive on time, but at this time, 45 mins has passed. Trust me, don’t book with them, it was a nightmare.

They cancel your trip without letting anyone know, so you just stand and wait there for 2_3 hours for next bus.

Customer service team saved me €37 by rebooking me even though I missed my bus

Wasn’t sure if we were going to make it or not with the flight being delayed into Vienna airport. Arrived 70 min later than the booked ticket.
Called up to the customer service number and he was most helpful and booked us onto the next available bus without a penalty. He saved me €37 by assisting me. Bless him. Thank you very much.

My bus had a driver change at the first stop. The second driver was speeding. The bus was hitting the curved road a bit hard. It felt like I was on a plane with turbulence.

My first time traveling from Amsterdam…

My first time traveling from Amsterdam to paris in bus number 39-BJR-4 and don't ever advise people to get in to this nightmare. Driver is rude. He announced loudly in the middle of the night about the break from 3:30 Am to 4 Am and shut the engine off. It was hot and even upon complaint he refused to start the engine. Dirty bus with no arm rests. I'm taking my roommate at 4 AM in the morning to write this review so understand it and don't ever ever use this bus service. Waste of your money for this waste experience.

San Jose,Ca to Los Angeles

My first time using flix bus traveling from san Jose to L.A. and it wasnt bad at all. The bus was about 20 minutes late first getting picked up, but that's not too big of a deal. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the long transfer times in between. I had to wait almost 3 hours for the connecting bus and the fact that there arent charging parts in every seat on the bus. So I had to make sure to conserve my battery and I had a portable charger handy. Overall trip was quick and easy.

I lost m my luggage in a trip, they did not reimburse me

It has been 45 days since I established a formal complaint about my luggage lost in one of your buses. I explained in details how that unpleasant incident occurred and the way the drivers could not help to clarify or provide a proper explanation about it, taking into account that I noticed the absent of my belongings before the end of the trip. I deeply regretted to travel with this company.

Very bad company..

Very bad company... not recommended at all... I bought a ticket from Amsterdam to Rotterdam 10:30 am. I was waiting front 10:15 till 11:15 and the bus never show!!! The weather was rainy and very bad... The bus drivers for other FlixBus were very rude and unhelpful!!! I had to take the train after all of that...

Never ride FlixBus - they'll leave you stranded

If I could zero stars I would. They left my handicapped sister stranded in New Orleans on the side of the road. She missed her connecting bus due to road construction and even though they promised to hold her connecting bus - they did not. Luckily the bus driver was more responsible than their customer service characters and made sure she got to tge Amtrak station. She had to pay for another ticket to get her to Biloxi.

On the return trip she couldn't find the bus stop and the worthless agents couldn't tell her where to catch the bus, and she missed the bus home.

Thank God for Greyhound! They got get home safe.

Had 5 trips with Flixbus:4 were late…

Had 5 trips with Flixbus:4 were late (from 20min to 3.5hrs), 1 was cancelled. For the cancelled one the company promised to compensate for alternative travel arrangements. It has been over 2 months since they've agreed to compensate yet no transfer has been yet made. I traveled more frequently with Ouibus and would definitely prefer them than Flixbus. Pity Ouibus doesn't operate Europe wide.

As for the Flixbus - stay away as far as you can. Or expect the unexpected.

I tend not to give bad reviews but this experience made me snap, sorry.

LAMENTABLE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Le personnel est affreux, AUCUN RESPECT des personnes agées, malades et handicapées.
Les conducteurs ne respectent pas les temps de pause et abandonnent les passagers au MILIEU DE NUL PART sans donner aucune aide par la suite. Le service client est inutile, ils mettent 1 mois à repondre ou bien ne repondre jamais. Ils ne font rien pour t'aider. Aussi, leurs bus sont jamais à l'heure. Bref je recommande absolument pas. N'Y ALLEZ PAS. NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
DON'T GO WITH THEM. They will let you in the middle of nowhere like they do with so many people. They do not care. They leave before the time they said, without looking if everybody is in the bus. They are completely DISRESPECTFUL, they don't take seriously any problems and could let someone die in their bus without reacting. Some people did have epileptic seizure in the bus and they absolutely did not care.
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
also they are always LATE and won't give your money back if you miss your next train or bus since they NEVER REPLY to you correctly in case of any problems.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

I woudnt even give a one star

I woudnt even give a one star. 1 week I cant have my confirmation to my email. Im asking almost everyday twice to send me confirmation. They sending me automatically same email everytime. phone number never works. No life chat. Im so disappointing with their help centre. Im an in terrible situation now. I dont know if im arriving on time there if they refused me board. Confused so much. Hope this review will see their staff and sending me confirmation

Arrive with 3 hours late - no Airconditioner in the bus and super hot.
Don’t waste your time with bus - pay 20£ more and fly as it will save a lot of time.
