I always use bitiba for my cat and pet supplies. They're reliable and have the best prices around. I've used them for a few years now as well and had zero issues.

Having used this company for some time I am constantly impressed with the high level of service. The sacks of dog food have always been delivered quickly and arrive undamaged. I would have no hesitancy in recommending this company.

Site is good for navigating to find what I need - on this occasion two types of dog food. The prices are very competitive.

Never had a problem with Bitiba! It’s cheaper than Zooplus and I like the card with points to get cash back.
It would be great if they had higher selection of small bag of dry dog food - Eukanuba, Royal Canin and Science Plan, which, at the moment I am buying from Viovet.

I have shopped with Bitiba for my cats food and cat litter for some time now and have a subscribed order automatically delivered every 4 weeks. This is a big help to me and so convenient. I love the fact that each order earns points towards a stamp card which I can then use for a new scratch post (my cat gets through a lot) or treat him to new toys. Thank-you Bitiba. It's a great service.

Bitiba are a very good, reliable online shop supplying pet food and assessories. They have a large selection of good quality products and reasonable prices. Items are well packaged and usually delivered within the time window.

What started out to be frustrating after finding my order of 6 items arrived in a damaged box with only one item inside. I called dpd to get some answers and to say unhelpful is an understatement. I have never had reason to contact customer service and wow! But that is for another review.

On the Bitiba site I submitted a contact form and then spotted that they were open until 2pm over the festive period, so I called as well. Complete opposite to dpd, Eka, I hope I have spelt it correctly was absolutely fabulous, she was professional, helpful and sorted the problem.

The moral of the story is, there will always be issues outside of our control, but it is how we deal with them. dpd take note, you can learn a thing or two!

Cannot fault this company for the website, customer service, delivery times and any follow up. Prices and product excellent. Used them for years and they are my “go to”.

My save and subscribe order was never sent. After numerous phone calls my order was never received even after three weeks, even thought bitiba said they had sent a replacement specialist diet order still it wasn't received. I since cancelled my subscription with bitiba. I cannot rely on this service as my dogs have to have a specialist diet which I can only purchase online.

Ive used this company for a while and although pretty much every time I order i get a message saying it's delayed I have still received my items and allow for a bit longer as they have a good choice of high quality cat food.
However last Order didn't arrive and they could give me no reason why it was returned to them without as far as u know any delivery attempt. This may be down to the courier but my issue was the customer service. They offered me a refund or to resend and as I was desperate for the food I asked to resend. Then I got a refund as apparently one or more items were out of stock. Didn't get any chance to say send the rest. Didn't get much of an apology or any goodwill gesture. Just felt like they wasnt really bothered and ive been a good regular customer for a good while now.
