Biofit Wear 

Love my new boxers! I needed shorts that would feel comfortable while I was at work and also at the gym, I sweat a lot and my brand name CK shorts become very uncomfortable, I seen these on FB so thought I would give them a go and wasn’t disappointed,had to message customer services a few times but they contacted me straight away which is always good, shorts are excellent quality, delivery is a bit longer due to where they come from but that’s not an issue, would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This appears to be a scam/ fraud, weaponised incompetence, or just general incompetence.

Their sizing appears mental. So the average person will order their usual size. However, their sizing chart quotes me, a usual size medium, as being an XL. So, you ask them to change the order (or preferably cancel it), they take in my case over four days to get back to you despite their claimed 24 hr turnaround, and by that point they claim that the boxers are already dispatched and now you cannot change anything on the order.

I suspect that they have such weird sizing on purpose in order to get people to order more sets. A good number of people will not even bother trying to return the boxer sets, as they will be to be posted to China. Maybe they have an office in the Uk or Europe, but I doubt they’ll accept them there.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I really wish I had read the reviews. I’m now in a place where I have requested a refund, and they have denied my request due to their claim that the items have been dispatched already - and the reason for this is that they took over four days to pick up my email.

I purchased 5 and got 5 free. It took about two weeks to arrive.
I find these to be suburb and of good quality. The fit is spot on though you have to trust the sizing they recommend. I am usually a M to L and the recommendation was XL.
Put simply, I have no reservations to buy these in the future.

To be honest I was dreading it after reviews ? But I got size wrong , but I sent email straight away and got a reply. They assured me that it was changed , and I am happy with boxers yes was 10 days but , from start to finish correspondence was excellent can't fault what I got .

Had a small problem with a wait for delivery and lost my email receipt but contacted the company and they sorted this out for me ,so i think great customer service. They are a great fit and feel very comfortable, i did follow the size guide which was spot on ,i would recommend this boxers

Arrived 14 days after ordering, even though the website says 2-5 business days. I don’t know how they measure their sizes, but they definitely don’t fit. Large = small. And the quality is trash. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

I placed an order, they took payment.! 2 weeks ago.! Nothing not even a confirmation of order, I’ve emailed them .! NO RESPONSE.! DONT ORDER FROM THEM BIOFIT BOXERSHORTS, they are the worst

Biofit Wear/Biofit Clothing, both the same company and one with far greater reviews than the other.

In my opinion there are more efficient companies and better products on the market.

There are more questions than answers, so I recommend sifting through the many conflicting reviews before deciding whether to purchase.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

These are scammers, placed order, confirmed order, but nothing since 21/08,

I have sent various messages, but no response.

This an edited review. Thought I was scammed as issue with tracking number and no response to emails. But both issues resolved and received my boxer shorts today, 2 weeks after ordering them. Ordered XL and fit perfectly so surprised at some of reviews on here unless they've had same issues as me and didn't edit reviews

Really nice quality boxer shorts great value , I would advise anyone to order one size up from what you normally wear, I would definitely recommend buying , just be aware delivery can be slow a couple of weeks at least mine took nearly one month to arrive but well pleased

Ordered boxers and they are much too small . Bad sizing and bad aftercare . I have tried for 3 days to get hold of someone to talk to . No joy . Do not bother using this company .

So after they saw my comment on Facebook warning others they messaged me an apology and said they would sort the issue. First after several days they tried to make out that they had the wrong email address by confirming it with a few letters incorrect. Then several days more advised they were working on it and I would get an email as priority. 2 weeks later and still no email. It's £30 it's hardly breaking the bank but that's not the point. Scum companies like this should not be able to rip people off. I just hope more people keep writing these reviews until the messages are passed far and wide. DO NOT USE!!!

I must be one of the lucky ones, arrived in a week and perfect fit, although I did use the size chart and checked my measurements. Now to see how long they last

Same as everyone eles I got sucked in and have been robbed . Tracking number does not work . And have been given stupid excuses time and time again . Isabella has stopped replying to my emails once I had asked for a full refund . Bet thing to do don't buy anything off Instagram or face book .

I was sick of buying cotton boxer shorts so I thought I would try Biofits bamboo boxer shorts a try,I must say they are very comfortable and plenty of space no more sweating on hot days. Thankyou i would recommend doing these to all my friends Craig from Hull

Wrote a review a fes days ago this company have taken mg money and have not sent any goods or offered a reason as to why not. Plain ans simple out and out robbers meta Facebook advertise this bunch of thieves they are no better than them.

I saw the reviews on this company and I knew about Bamboo underwear but never brave enough to try it. What was I waiting for.... seriously, if you haven't tried these before, trust me you won't look back.
