Biofit Wear 

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Wrong size sent (can’t wear them) sent pictures including label. Been ignored and no refund. Bunch of con artists so, sont give them your money.

I ordered XL Biofit men’s underwear as they were advertised as very comfortable, supportive, and bamboo.
Received 2xl which wouldn’t fit a young boy and bear no resemblance to English XL size. They are a Chinese dropshipping outfit who are not contactable. I have tried contacting Biofit through their customer service and other messaging addresses and my gmail account bounces them back and keeps telling me the Biofit accounts do not exist.
How can I contact Biofit to resolve my issues.

I've just received my biofit wear boxer underwear and they feel good. I hope they will benefit me in summer because job I do I do sweat alot. Also they did come up smaller than I expected would rather a larger size . But I don't think I will buy from here again.

Ordered underwear in Bamboo fibers. Webshop was disguised as local shop but in reality it is dropshipping from China. Package arrived late, way to small not even close to size ordered and product is polyester. Total scam. They only accept tracked packages shipped to China knowing that return cost exceeds product cost. DO NOT BUY

I have now e mailed the 'customer service' line 3 times with no reply. I wish to return items. Seems this company doesn't want anything to do with that. Avoid

Absolutely garbage, ordered size from their size chart and when they come (eventually) they were miles too small although the size chart states the sizes to buy so they're no good.
Contacted their so called customer services who offered me a 10 percent discount to keep them, what's the use in keeping them when they are too small, tried contacting them again and they don't reply to my emails.
I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY TO BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE APART FROM THIS COMPANY
STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?

Upon our friend’s recommendation, my husband tried Biofit’s boxer shorts, and they turned out to be awesome. The comfort and stretchiness are truly remarkable, living up to the hype.

Biofit boxer shorts are ideal for larger individuals, fitting true to size. I recently bought the 5Xl, and I am impressed with the quality and perfect fit. A fantastic product.

Absolute rip off cheap Chinese product I have a 36 inch waist ordered extra large they wouldn’t fit a 6 year old boy , straight in the bin

Ordered, money taken, no email confirmation, no product. I see a pattern with these reviews. Will probably tell me I didn't put my email address in which is total rubbish

Don't waste the your money buying from this company. I was sent the wrong size they will not replace them and insist I pay for the postage for them to be returned before I can have a refund . I ordered medium and was sent XL and these wouldn't fit a small child

Payment taken, awaiting rely to query.
I notice they have stopped running ads in Facebook.

Didn’t deliver the goods ,didn’t answer my emails,cancelled my order without refund and blamed me for cancelling the order.Stay well clear .
Money now refunded .
Your email stated no refund so I assumed that it had been cancelled without refund .All ok now but I really wanted the goods that didn’t come.

Just want to hope anyone that buys from this company, make sure you order the correct size, as I have just been quoted £18.00 to send item back to China. This company is a total rep off.

I'm going to take them to county court and get a judgement made against them .
I found a company phone number in Holland.
I rang it needles to say

Looking like they are either scammers or totally incompetent. Customer service is non existent. Listed email addresses don’t work, with all attempts coming back as undeliverable. Have tried using contact link on website twice and getting no response whatsoever.
Update: I sent dm from facebook page as per Biofit response and they still haven’t made any effort to reply. Not at all impressed.

Ordered and heard nothing since the delay in delivery and discount to order even more.
Will be onto visa tomorrow.

Update since reply below the team email doesn't work and no replies on the Facebook page
Maybe a link to confirm would help as is if genuine an update on expected delivery etc

If a scam your doing well as having to jump through hoops for visa to deal with it all.

I purchased their 5+5 boxershorts package and 2 days after I received an email saying that the order would be delayed because of high demand. I became suspicous as the email was sent from an email address with biofit-wear.dk while the website is biofit-wear.com!! I wrote to them to cancel my order but have not heard any replies yet! When I check their website the location is just mentioned Copenhagen while the product is being shipped from China and the confirmation receipt I have received is in "Dutch"!!! So many red flags with this site. Stay away. I would follow up to see if I can get my money back.
