Recently ordered these underwear from biofit. I had an issue with sizing and contacted the customer service, the issue was resolved with a same day response and safe to say the new replacement meets and exceeds my expectations. Perfect for all day working as a chef and not having to worry about sweating through the day, will definitely be buying more!

Fitted and freedom
Ive had time to properly try out these biofit boxers and i have to say i really do like these boxers. They fit me really nice and the material has a cool touch and feel. Quality is very good as well.
They also survive the washing machine with no signs of the waistband going out of shape - a problem i had with my previous cotton boxers.

These biofit boxers also give me a feeling of "commando" style as well! Sometimes it feels like im not wearing any! And that is NOT a bad thing!

Go ahead and try them out for yourself. The price is good as well.

Size far to small and nothing like other bamboo boxer shorts, stick to StepOne

I received my order which came in XL, Following the size guide it was still too small. I contacted the admin and will send me my order again with the adjusted size.

These are superb boxers , great quality and material, well designed and manufactured. They are very comfortable, feel silky , soft and breathable . I’m going to be using Biofit Boxers a lot in the future for sure . Also I would like to praise and commend Biofit for their outstanding 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service . Well done all round Biofit !👏

Followed size guide on website, even against better judgement, told to go larger, XL is supposed to be 30-33inches but still not tight on me - 33 in waist. Now I've got the pain in the back side of sending back and getting some replacement which will be weeks away.

Sizing consistency is crucial for customer satisfaction, and these boxer shorts unfortunately miss the mark. An advertised size 4XL should comfortably fit a certain body type, yet these feel more like a medium. Such a significant discrepancy raises concerns about quality control and accurate product representation. Customers deserve transparency and reliability when it comes to size and fit. It's recommended to re-evaluate the sizing chart and provide clearer information to avoid disappointing future buyers.

Here is my honest review of my purchase of Biofit Boxers earlier this month. I chose the smallest size which was size 31 on their advert.
Unfortunately when they arrived they were too big for me.
I contacted them by email asking to return them and asked if the could see if they could be exchanged for a smaller size or receive a refund.
One of there team Nikki contacted me and not only did she offer to refund me or supply me with a smaller size for free and to keep the ones that don’t fit me and in return they asked me to leave a positive review on Trustpilot.
I am very pleased to leave a positive review of their excellent customer service. They bent over backwards to help and ensure that I was treated with respect as one of their customers. Other companies should take note that this is the way to treat customers.
I encourage others to buy from Biofit. Highly highly recommended and cannot emphasize that enough. Buy from them with confidence.

I get skin rash in the crease of my legs so started getting StepOne underwear which resolved the issue. Thought I'd try Biofit as they were doing a promotion. Used the size guide and bought the right size for my waist but they are very loose fitting and within one day of wearing my rash returned. Back to Step One and these Biofit will go into the bin.

So tiny fit ridiculous! Always a medium in any style or make. Biofit makes a medium XX small. Given free frefund and sent large instead of L instead of XL. So disappointed.

After making my initial order the product was quick to arrive. However they were the wrong size. After emailing and asking to exchange I received quick and above and beyond service. I must recommend

Sizing is ridiculously small and also they are far too short. I bought XL, they were more like XS. Shipping took a very long time, had given up hope at one point.They will be going straight into charity bag.

Terrible sizing so they are way too small .so they are now useless. Cheap materials also if you want this kind of thing go to primark least you can take them back .just avoid .

The boxer shorts are super comfy. The size chart is clear. You do need to check it. It confused me for a minute as apparently I'm XXL for these boxers but L for everything else I buy. They took a couple of weeks to get delivered. The 1 issue I had was there was no real e-mail confirmation explaining the delivery time, but as I was in no hurry, it didn't bother me. I also got the 5 free pairs which was great.

After reading the reviews I think I am a lucky one. Ok so took about a month to arrive but when they did, the sizing was right, the product was of reasonably good quality and overall I have to admit to being satisfied with my experience.

The worst customer service I have ever had!!!
First off, it’s a Chinese store so on a good run you will be waiting 2 weeks, mine was close to 4. This is something they don’t point out and is conveniently hidden.

On complaints, they take days to reply and even then pass you about and mess you around. They even admitted that they loved my complaint to the outbox by mistake!!

The product is too small. Had I known I was ordering from China I might have sized up, but the ones I have are too small and the design doesn’t allow space for anyone with a decent sized package shall we say?!

Don’t waste your time, plenty of other suppliers doing better things and with much better service
