Biofit Wear 

Was a bit cynical about buying online via Facebook as have been scammed before.Not at all in this case. Sizes are an excellent fit, they advised to go up one size from my current brands and they fit perfect. Only issue was the time delay from ordering to delivery but actually worth the wait.
Will be ordering more from them.

The customer services and care, are very patient polite and do everything they can to make sure you are happy with their products, even though the size mistakes, made by me, have been dealt with in the best way. by them. Highly recommend.

My order for boxer shorts.
Order came on time on the 24th of April, upon recival we discoevered we had ordered the wrong size . After emailing the company, they responded promptly and dealt with the issue sending out a different size that we required. The material is stretchy and comfortable and overall worth the money, would definitely recomend , just remember to consult the size chart on the website.

I ordered the 5+5 offer as I needed to refresh my boxers. I was kept informed as to the delivery and it arrived on time. The quality is great but unfortunately I had the wrong size. Isabella was amazing and offered immediately to forward the correct size without the need to return the originals. I would recommend using this company as they really seem to want to provide awesome product and service.

Despite checking their website measurements and reading other reviews…the order turned up and they are too large!
As the are shipped from China, not Europe it’s too much hassle to return them.
Emailed the company to say they are not suitable. I heard from customer service, one on Facebook and someone via email, basically I need to send them back( to China?) at my cost or donate to a friend.. give a Trustpilot review of my experience to get them replaced! I can only assume that means a good review!
That I can’t give…as they are despite going from the companies own measurements, way too big.
Despite several emails…I’ve heard nothing more, and can only assume I’ve wasted my time and money.
Save your money and buy alternative products from somewhere else….preferably in not online until you know the sizing.
All in all…very disappointed.

Waste of time , absolutely ages to arrive, honestly don’t bother

I ordered the 5+5 free boxers from Biofit but the size was slightly loose but that wasn’t a problem because contacting Biofit and explaining the issue, Isabella Jannsen sorted it out straightaway by saying they’ll send out another set with the correct size. Great customer service!!

Wrong size came but they were very helpful and said they will send the new size, quickly and efficiently!

Recently ordered with the promotion and got my 10 pairs, unfortunately wrong size came, izabella sorted the issue very quickly so I can my replacements shortly, they feel great and I'm sure the fit will be just as great. Would recommend to friends too.

I recently ordered boxers from BioFit, but the size I received was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and Isabella promptly helped me resolve the issue. The new size is on its way.

I enjoy wearing the underwear because of the material. The bamboo is unlike cotton. Bamboo is breathable and prevents over heating which has led to problem in the past for me wearing cotton. It's a snug fit and extremely comfortable. The affordable price is worth mentioning and I've had a good experience with the admin in correcting issues that I've had.

They advertise 7 to 10 days for delivery anywhere in the world. It's currently 7 days since ordering and tracking shows my package is still in China.
Customer service have replied to emails within 24 hours & said nothing they can do as they are in Transit. They will not arrive in time & will need to go back. Not looking forward to that palava

What an absolute waste of money! They were advertised so well a drew me in for my partner. He has worn them maybe 3 times and already got a hole in! Customer service did nothing except offer me 20% off so basically wanting more of my money and not taking any responsibility at all even though I explained I followed there washing instructions. AVOID! Just wanting your money and they are definitely NOT worth it!

Issue with size. Went off the sizing chart but when arrived they were very big.
Contacted the team who responded quickly.
Hopefully be resolved soon. Good quality underwear. I would say size down from what the chart guide suggests for a snug fit.

A positive experience great underwear fantastic customer services would definitely buy again
