Great boxers wrong size ordered small . Gifted them onto my grandson 12 who loves them hopefully another convert now. Only wear this underwear now as there so comfy

Great product, and good communications regarding sizing.
Do check the size guide - but as long as you do that, I cant think of any reason why anyone wouldn't be delighted with BIOFIT.

Love these boxers! They are so comfortable and made from soft material. The customer service is also excellent, they respond very quickly and are super helpful. Will definitely order from here again.

Biofit Boxers – Absolutely Fantastic!

I’ve ordered two sets of boxer shorts from the brand Biofit, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing – so comfy it’s unbelievable! Easily the most comfortable boxers I’ve ever worn. Highly recommend!

Look at all of the one star reviews and all say that the sizing is wrong.
Yes it is but there is a sizing guide and if you dont use it and measure your waist then select the appropriate size you're going to be dissapointed.
Just measure your waist and hey presto they'll fit, who cares if in China a 32 in waist is 3xl.
They are OK, they fit and they're comfortable, yes they took time to arrive but whats the problem with that.

Any issues you have with your order, they contact you as soon as possible, easy to follow instructions and extremely helpful

This company came to my attention in a Facebook advertisement, and as someone who has always been a fan of bamboo-based clothing products, I was immediately intrigued. I decided to go all in and give my wardrobe a proper refresh, specifically focusing on upgrading my underwear drawer with a decent number of pairs of boxers.
When I got to the checkout, I had a fantastic surprise: I was only paying for 5 pairs, and they gave me 5 additional pairs free! That was a brilliant result and made the refresh even better value.
Upon receiving them, the fabric felt incredibly soft and luxurious – even more so than other bamboo items I own. Unfortunately upon receipt of the boxers I realised they were the wrong size for me. I contacted the company and explained my situation. They promptly came back to me in a very helpful manner, they gave me a few options – return the boxers and they could exchange for a different size, or re-gift these boxers, write a review about my experience then they would send me a replacement
So I have re-gifted these to my son, who is really pleased, he keeps telling me how comfortable they are.
After a few washes, I'm pleased to report that the boxers have maintained their shape and incredible softness. I followed the clear care instructions, and they've come out of the wash looking as good as new, with no signs of shrinkage or pilling.
Even without the fantastic 'buy one get one free' offer, I'd say these boxers are excellent value for money given the quality and comfort. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their underwear to something truly comfortable and breathable, especially if you appreciate the benefits of bamboo fabric. Honestly, I haven't found any major drawbacks so far – they've exceeded my expectations!

I ordered some of these new Biofit boxers they are excellent quality and could nt do enough to help with advice and other stuff and turned up on time 5 star service

Waited ages, arrived poorly packaged and totally wrong size!!
Hopefully the customer relations is as good as some people say?

Saw Biofit promotion on Facebook so looked at their website. The Bamboo boxers and having had Bamboo tshirts before and being very pleased with them I decided to order the 5 mixed colours pack. I was surprised as they then gave me 5 pairs free so very happy. Upon arrival I opened them but was disappointed to see I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed their customer service dept at ten in the evening uk time, they had replied by the next morning saying I could return them for a swap for the correct size or gift them and a replacement would be sent. I decided to give them to my son Aiden he has a much fatter figure than me as he is an amateur wrestler with Alliance Wrestling in Derby. He loves them saying they were even more comfortable and supportive than his wrestling
trunks and sweat was massively reduced so now I will be getting some that fit me.

Poor packaging like they have just been thrown in from a dirty factory.

Quality is very poor with the leg of the mens boxers riding up in to the groin on Movement.a very disappointing buy and would not purchase these again.

Waited a while to write this review as I had hoped the company would have resolved my issue.
Had these pants about 5 weeks and the lettering started coming off ( 10 pairs so not that many wears ), look really unsightly.
Contacted company who tried to fob me off with a discount off more pairs, which I didn’t want as they are poor quality. Subsequently offered me discount off more if I left a positive review !
Unsatisfactory outcome and poor conduct all round !

Ordered the 5+5 offer based on the size chart.

Turned up too big, so have had to request a size down from 4XL to 3XL (38” waist)

Yet to wear for quality and support, but will try and update once replacement arrives.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, but an email to the team and reply within hours with how to get a replacement of the correct size. Really impressed with the communication and look forward to receiving the new size.

I bought 10 pairs of Biofit boxers. On day one they felt great, but seemed a little less supportive by the end of the day.
After two washes they have very little elasticity left, particularly by the end of the day, and leave my tackle unsupported and uncomfortable.

I ordered the 5 plus 5 offer on Facebook. Having paid my money, was slightly surprised that they had charged me £4.95 for insurance.
After messaging them after 10 days about lack of delivery, prompt responses assured me that they were on their way. They turned up, on the 13th day.
The quality and feel of the bamboo underwear was surprisingly good however the sizing was definitely ambiguous.
I messaged them again, asking for a return address, so that I could get a larger size.
They responded with several options: 1: return to company for replacement; 2: donate to charity shop; 3: donate to a friend.
I have opted for number 3 and look forward to receiving my new size soon.

I ordered the wrong size bamboo boxers. Biofit have handled the return exceptionally well, I can't fault them. Excellent customer service and the products are amazing too.

Followed sizing recommendation and was happy with fit of delivered items. But material caused excessive sweating, and I found the underwear offered zero support to my bits, at the end of the day my plums would be hanging free.... Rubbish.

I got the buy 5 get 5 free offer,got size xxl as advised on their size chart,after trying them I found the fit wasn't as good as expected a d the boxers were not performing as expected, contracted biofit and they sent me a pair of xl to try and going down a size had worked a treat,a lot better fit and now they are as described,biofit are now going to replace all the xxls for xl,great customer service and quality boxers..thanks
