Biofit Wear 

Boxers were uncomfortable and looked ridiculous then had to pay £26.25 to return them.

Using the Biofit website, I’ve input my measurements into their sizing calculator and I was told I was a 4XL, so went along with their recommendation and ordered 4XL.

They are slightly too big, just big enough to slide down during normal use, I.e. walking a few steps - needs to pull them up as they’ve slipped down.

But they are also slightly too big around the leg, so when walking they ride up, so at the same time as pulling up at the waistline, I’m also pulling down at the leg as the material is bunching up around the balls area.

I do 40-50,000 steps at work each shift, so constantly needing to correct my underwear isn’t a good look, nor is it a pleasant experience.

The leg length on these boxers is about 1cm, which is tiny, so my legs were rubbing against each other, I was worried about chafing, luckily this didn’t happen, but I’d expect it to happen with constant use of these boxers.

I’ve been told by Biofit customer service that I can spend an extra £16 to get a longer leg boxer, I told customer service that I had no intention of spending anymore money on a boxer that rides up, that would just mean more material to pull down from my nether regions.

Also, these boxers are sold as being sweat proof or moisture wicking, now I’ve never suffered with sweaty boxers before wearing these, but I did get a bit clammy in the gentleman sausage area while wearing these boxers.

So I’ve asked for a refund, and I’ve been told I need to ship them back to China, at a cost to me of almost £30.

I’ve got to make sure I’ve paid the correct DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which the guy at the Post Office saw as red flag.

The guy at the Post Office said ‘it’s not my first rodeo with Chinese companies, those words mean the parcel will get to China and you’ll be told that Biofit can’t process the return as the correct duty hasn’t been paid’.

So I’ve already spent £50 on the boxers, is it worth spending another £30 sending the boxers back to potentially end up with nothing?!

I’ve asked for a UK/EU address, they say they don’t have one.

I bought 20 pairs, and didn’t see a size guide, - you guessed it, all too small - but the saving grace was they sent out 20 pairs of the correct size …. So a big thank you to their customer service’s 👍🏽👍🏽

Is China scams more company if you want back order and refund is free but in here you pay all for send to China scams tax all ..... never buy is used and drop rubbish and dont believe about size I get xl and xl order and is good but if some reason want try order 1 from 13£ I dont say is bad but if you want spend money buy toy for children and you go to poundland and boxers he sale to for 4£ 🤣🤣🤣

Sizing is way way off. Even using their sizing chart.
Refunds can only be got if you return the product to china a d cover all the customs duty and shipping charges. Even if you have been sent the wrong size. Return policy is not detailed on the website.
Higher leg compared to pictures.
Packaging is just an open plastic bag with your pairs stuffed inside.
Screams cheap Chinese product.
Buy cheap buy twice. Won't be purchasing again.

Took advantage of the free 5 pairs offer. On opening like colours and are light but after wearing two pairs both have holes in them. On closer inspection very poor quality of stitching.

There sizing is way off. Im a 36 waist and there sizing is 3xl for that. I thought they going to be massive. On website it says don’t worry about sizing they run smaller.. eeerr no they don’t they’re massive, keep riding up and the balls don’t know which leg to fall down to make me even more uncomfortable. I bought 5 and got 5 free so I have 10 pairs that I can’t wear. I wasted money. Customer service seems none existent. Even though someone did respond and say they’d send me out some more if I picked a size. I’ve gone xl so will see if they send them me out

Purchased the recommended size but, when arriving they were too big. Fair play they offered to replace them with the next size down. When they arrived same problem🤦‍♂️
Upon inspection very very poor quality (and hence the price & offer).
False economy I would not recommend them. Spend a little bit more for better guaranteed quality

Brought the boxers in the buy 5 get 5 free. Ridiculous sizing and ordered the recommend size, I'm in a medium to large in UK size. Was told waist size was a 3XL. Trusted them and went with it. They arrived and they are absolutely useless, they do not fit at all. No response from biofit. Shocking company to deal with. Avoid and go elsewhere. Just a bunch on con artists.

Awful product, cheap rubbish from China, despite advertising making it look like a UK company. If you want to send them back for a refund you have to pay postage to China. Don’t fall for this scam company like we did.

Ordered and they came fairly quickly, however whilst they are light and cool they don’t offer much in the way of support for my junk unlike Step One boxers which are very supportive. I won’t be buying any more

If we could give 0, we would. No one responds to emails. Shocking fit and sizing issues. Really disappointing.

I ordered , paid for package of 10 biofit shorts ... expected delivery some time ago. Been 2 months ... have sent emails to the company, no reply. I have now sent my payment details , my emails to trading standards and police, ... now awaiting response. Never again. ... Instagram, Facebook will know all about this in the next few days. Unprofessional shoddy company!!!!

Too small. Told them and they just blanked me

I ordered some boxers, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, so I explaind that I was going away to Thailand for 2 months, customer service said no problem, I think we can deliver to your address in Thailand and they did promptly, customer service and product were fantastic, I highly recommend this product very Comfortable.

I bought the 10 boxers from bio fit as they advertise ‘No ride ups’ which is a big thing for me and the reason I bought them. When arrived I tried them on and they felt nice at first but oh my… the ride up was insane! Please don’t buy if you hate ride ups as these ride up worse than any other boxers I own. I got in touch with bio fit who said that for £16 more I can upgrade to the ‘Longer leg version’ which cures this issue… the issue that should be an issue in the place! FALSE advertising at its finest. We then agreed that they would send me one pair so I can try. 3 weeks later and I received the package… it’s exactly the same size and so NO difference at all. I have now messaged them and am being ghosted. £40 wasted!

Avoid this company. They make out they're a UK Selling company; however, they send from China, the items take weeks to arrive, and then if you're not happy, they want you to post them back to China, which costs as much as the boxers. The boxer's quality was poor, and very small and short.

These boxers are pants! Not comfortable, and definitely don't relieve sweaty balls. Also contacted them for refund got a rude message saying I needed to seek medical advice. Horrible chinese company pretending to be in Britain if sheen did step one these would be what you get. Takes nearly a month to arrive.

They sell from the UK but make you return them to China, and the price is nearly the same as the product, I did ask before I made my order, if I could get medium and large to see which looked my size, they could of told me then but nope. They've set it up in a way to make you keep the product, which is sub standard, I've ordered from, one step and British boxers, they are far superior to these.

Comfiest boxers ever,pay for 5 get five free what a bargain,took a while to come but well worth it.Would highly recommend this product
