What Is Bamboo Rayon? Benefits, Uses & How It's Made
Rayon from bamboo, also called bamboo viscose, is a soft, silky fabric made by chemically dissolving bamboo pulp, not a natural fiber like linen. It drapes well and wicks moisture but uses harsh chemicals (caustic soda, carbon disulfide) in a polluting process, making it less eco-friendly than its "natural" image suggests, often raising greenwashing concerns. Look for Lyocell/Tencel from bamboo (closed-loop system) or mechanically processed bamboo linen for genuinely sustainable options, as "viscose" or "rayon" indicates the chemical method.

Just rubbish. Don't use this company. Products are rubbish and service is shocking. Will not expect returns

I ordered but found them too short in the leg, riding up and offering little support. Contacted for a refund on 22nd and they replied quickly on the 24th offering to let me keep the ones I have (which I don't want) and pay the additional cost for a different style. I rejected the same day asking them to open a refund and Its now the 29th and I've been ignored despite numerous emails. If they don't respond soon will have to seek a chargeback through my credit card. Feels scammy.

Found out return address was China ,cost me £26 ,items only worth £40
So wont return them
They are comfortable but I feel they will lose their shape very quickly
So lost £40 ,they should have put in q&a that returning meant sending back to China,feel conned.

These are without a doubt the most uncomfortable boxers i have ever worn.

Save your money or borrow the wife's lacey thongs because thats what I imagine it fits like.😳

Do not use this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed with either the product or the subsequent customer relations interaction!
This company has a very impressive advertising campaign but that is where they stop being impressive! The sizing chart on their website is totally inaccurate and when one raises the issue with their customer services team (Millie or Isobel) they refuse to agree that there are errors. To the contrary they argue that all their measurements are when the garment is laid flat on a table! They state it is an industry standard.
As others have identified the product is very light and comfortable but offers no support because there is no 'elastic' or similar in the legs which are both too short and too wide As a result containment does not occur.
I purchased the Biofit '1' boxers and when I contacted their customer services team about the various issues they invited me to pay additional money for the Biofit '2' Boxers, which are longer in the leg, or return the items for a full refund. Now here is the rub. Their return policy requires you to send the product, by tracked delivery, delivery duty paid, to China. When I enquired at the post office that cost would be a minimum of £25 for just the tracked delivery alone. The purchase price was £39.
On the plastic bag package I received my 10 boxers in there was a return address of 'UK Warehouse, Unit 4 Mercury Centre, Feltham TW140RN'.
When I asked why I could not return them to this address the customer service department gave no answer and ignored the question.
It is my contention that they have made the return policy as complicated and expensive as possible to dissuade persons returning products.
In the end following numerous emails I have received a refund of half the amount paid, without returning them and have disposed of them in the dustbin.
You have been warned - Beware.

Not pleased at all, stitching has come undone after only one wash.
They are also poor fitting.
I have contacted Isobel on 3 separate emails but had no response.
Not happy at all.

Don't be put off by reviews!!

I ordered these a couple of weeks ago and whilst waiting for delivery I came upon these reviews and immediately thought oh no what have I done even said the same on a post on their facebook page to which I got a swift reply reassuring me.

They duly arrived the next day and ive been wearing them ever since and I love them they are so comfortable to wear. I got the new longer leg ones and they dont ride up at all quality from what ive seen so far is good, So guys dont be put off by the reviews give them a try. You need to get your sizing right before ordering I got mine pretty accurate but could of probably got away with one size smaller too.

As a former business owner I would also like to say don't trust reviews to give a full reflection of a company or product in my experience far more people will write bad reviews than people that leave a good review so these review sites end up with an unbalanced view because the vast majority of happy customers don't leave a review

The initial process was ok - boxers arrived in a reasonable time .
Fit is a little odd , generally too short ( not given the long option) . After two months the boxers are out of shape completely. I’m pretty much walking around with my balls hanging out.
Waste of money.

Second time I’ve ordered the 5+5 free pairs now although the 2nd time around I accidentally put the normal boxers instead of the 2.0. Contacted customer services and within couple hours Milly got back to me saying they will send the ones I was meant to order free of charge. They’ve turned up today and I couldn’t be happier with the support and help from milly and her team. 👍🏻👍🏻

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a set of 5 biofit boxers with 5 free which I authorised payment and received an email confirmation. Then I was sent another email that my order had been updated with another set of 5 plus 5 free and payment taken but from my account without my authorisation. Emailed company which they said no problem regarding refund when items sent back as it was their website error and sent me a return form but I was to pay for postage and responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes to ensure the parcel reaches without delays or issues at customs as return address is China. I refused and have asked for a returns label and now they are not replying to my emails.

Make sure you go up at least one size when ordering.
These boxers are really comfortable.

Very happy with the service and quality of these.I ordered the wrong size, upon contacting the customer service team they made the process of swapping over to the correct size easy.

Size issues. Customer Service issues.
Ordered boxers using their size guide. They arrived and were too big. I emailed Biofit who responded promptly and confirmed they would send out the correct size. Did not receive a confirmation email confirming they were resent. Chased Biofit over a month later and now they are not responding to emails. They ship from China. Waste of money, especially when you can buy the same boxers on Temu for £1.50.

Ordered a stupidly large size after referring to their sizing chart and a message on Facebook (3xl ordered, I'm usually a M) Well, my items have been in the UK now for 5 days and according to their tracking has been to Heathrow, then to Twickenham and now back to Heathrow! but no idea of a location or when I can expect to receive them. When I complained, some idiot from Biofit just joked that the courier wanted to spend more time with my boxers! Not the sort of reply you should expect. Zero communication from anyone at Biofit when chasing, but answered my sizing question in minutes! funny that!

EDIT- My items have now been delivered, so annoyed I have wasted nearly £40 on such utter cheap poor fitting c&£p!! I don't even believe they are actually bamboo, doesn't feel like it. Avoid these people!!

Terrible customer service, paid £45 and nothing has arrived. Customer services were fast at replying saying delivered but unable to provide proof of delivery. Now getting no reply and just being ignored. I would avoid ordering from them at all costs!

After ordering 10 pairs of boxer shorts when they arrived I found I ordered the size 😔I emailed bio fit and got a rapid response from the very helpful Isabella Janssen who ordered me the right size at no extra cost well done Biofit and especially Isabella for fantastic customer service many thanks Neil.

I ordered these after seeing them on Facebook and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised yes they had to come from china but they are very comfortable and appear to be well made and very cool. Yes I would recommend

I have bought these boxers twice the second time they came and I had put the wrong size i got in contact to see if I could swap for bigger size instead of sending them back they sent the same again with right size for nothing the boxers are great and very strong material and silky soft will buy again in future thanks biofit 👍💯🙏

Sent my initial request for return procedure 28/8/25, which got a reply. Since then all e-mails are being ignored.
It is nearly 3 weeks with no reply to constant e-mails
