Biofit Wear 

Nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't received them. Just be aware that these come from China and may take time to arrive. There are similar makes on local websites that you could get sooner.

Extremely comfortable boxers, delivered on time, but the quality/durability of the boxers is terrible.

A few pairs developed holes at the seam after only a few wears. Customer service responded quickly and sent replacements (x2), but almost all the boxers I bought have gone the same way.

It's a shame, if they fixed the stitching issues these would be great boxers

Comfortable yes, but the quality (and customer service) is poor. There is a clear flaw in the seams and quite quickly several pairs developed small holes. I am a pensioner, so not due to wear and tear. I did write to them with a photo of one of the pairs, but got no reply, not even an acknowledgment. I will not be buying again.

What is the matter with me? Once again I have fallen for a scam Chinese company! Why didn’t I look at Trustpilot before sending off £40! I thought the Company was UK based.
I only realised this was a company based in China when I checked tracking. I still haven’t received my order. The tracking supposedly gives you completely up to date detail on delivery by the minute.The only trouble is the tracking says the package is now in London but the entry for five minutes before hand, says it was in Belgium. This ‘information’ appears more than once ….which simply demonstrates it is all completely made up!
The reviews are terrible on delivery, sizing and quality. No surprise. Sadly, this is typical of Chinese companies. The credit card companies should not licence them. Avoid.

I was only delivered half the order, and even though they admit their fault, 2 months later they still refuse to rectify their mistake.
If I had realised that I was actually dealing with a Chinese company, I would not have gotten involved. Their product is not actually worth having.

Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the 5+5 boxers 2.0 versions before Christmas. They came on time and fit amazingly. However a couple of pairs started to develop holes. I contacted them and had a response within 24hrs. They asked for pictures which I sent. When I woke the next morning I had email stating 2 replacements are on the way.

I ordered thinking 7 days, not bad, the site never said it's coming from China! !
TBH I was pleasantly surprised this morning 11.02.26.
Items arrived, safe n sound. 11 days from China.

Ordered these for my husband for Christmas. Ordered xl got the deal where you got so many free. Really strange as the burgundy ones are loads smaller so out of them all he has at least 4 pairs that dont fit. So as a size 12 woman im wearing them. Sorry won't order anymore .. Great underwear poor sizes .

Comfortable fit but stitching came undone during the first day, hopefully the rest will be a lot stronger.

I ordered 10 pairs in normal leg for which is annoying as your back wheels fall out, order the longer leg

Only thing there made very small I’m a L but had to order a XXL but they fit perfectly and so comfortable

Like others I got conned into buying double pack but needed them so kept them. Although all one size ostensibly, some colours of my underwear are larger than others. Have also found that they easily come apart at the underneath stitching. When they fit they are ok to wear, but nothing special. Will rapidly use them up through not adhering to proscriptive washing instructions.

Scam company. Dont order.

My order did not ever arrive. I contacted Biofit and the shipping company to no avail. I have requested a refund.

They stuck a confusing order on at the end of the proc ess giving the impression my payment had gone down considerably. The reality was they had stuck on a further order.

I have cancelled both as I consider this to be a con.

Bought a set for my Husband as part of his stocking filler on 16/12/25, British Company (or so I thought) & I expected delivery before Xmas. NO MENTION OF THEM BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA until after I had paid!!
Went on holiday on Boxing Day & the boxer shorts were delivered on the 29/12 while we were away! Fortunately my Son was checking on the house that day & they were delivered while he was there. When we arrived home & my husband opened the parcel he found the top pr had a hole in them where they hadn’t been sewn properly.
The recommended size for him was large but to be honest he could have done with 1xl or bigger & he is only 34” waist! They fit where they touch, very flimsy, very poor quality & they cost me £36! “Andrew” from the Company who had been sending advertising emails almost every day has suddenly stopped contact after complaining!!
Wish I’d read the reviews first!!! 😡 Lesson learned!!

Bought the boxers as I heard good things about them ,they came quite quick to be honest,they look good they feel good but they are no good
I got the right size but they need adjusting every minute as they roll up and your balls slip through the side I might as well go commando unless things change I won't be buying more can I send them back as I've not worn 9 of them they are only fit for the bin

Upon reading the reviews I purchased the bio fit boxers as I required a fit that would keep me in and were comfortable as I do a lot of walking and always active.
The boxers are comfortable but they don't keep you in and it's embarrassing when you have to keep rearranging yourself every 5 Minutes.
I purchased 10 pairs and I will probably use them as dusters and hopefully find some boxers that actually live up to the hype.
