Bikester has good price-quality products. I have ordered twice within a few years and everything was fine. Last time I could not pay by IDEAL unfortunatily, which is the main online payment methode in The Netherlands. Unfortunatily I had to pay by credit card which is not so commen in The Netherlands. (Better offer Paypal).

Easy ordering and fast delivery. And also important: an excellent price for this amazing jacket!

Easy to follow process and very clear instructions on how to setup your bike after receiving it!

I ordered the bike as a Christmas present cause the website said it would arrive in time, it arrived on the 8th of January. In the meantime I was told it had arrived already but it hadn’t. It arrived with a twist in the rim and a twist in the tire. So we’re not happy and would not order anything with this company again.

I'm happy about the quality of the products. And they were delivered quickly this time. The last time it was also delivered by the same DPD, but it was terrible. Although I was at home when I was informed about the delivery. But it was delivered to someone else in the same building but several flors higher, so not my neighbour. It took more than a week to find the package.

This company is frauding. Despite their bankruptcy, they continue selling things. They are pretending to ship the goods by giving a tracking link but the goods never arrive. When you complain they say they can't offer any refund because they're bankrupt...

Terrible service! I returned an order more than month ago and I still have not my money back! I'm afraid I won't see them again, and that's almost 300 euros! The support service replies that they are doing what they can, that they have accumulated a lot of returns, that they have an another problems. But if you can't refund orders, why do you continue to sell them? Why don’t you write on the website that refunds take a weeks? People should know this before purchasing. Absolutely disgraceful!

I was informed that riding my Fixie Inc. Floater Race Street 8S Disc, was a security risk, that I should package my bike and return it for a refund.

I packaged the bike, and as soon as I emailed back, Bikester claimed that the company was going bankrupt, and therefore they would not be able to refund.

Pretty sure it's illegal, and horrible customer service.

The refund has not yet been processed after more than two weeks.
I returned the goods more than two weeks ago. I have received an acknowledgment of receipt. But the payment is still not refunded.

Quick delivery, rare parts (1.8 mm spoke sockets ) in stock, even in aluminium , for my lightweight Roval wheels.

No response from customer service on emails about missing pieces and faults of the bike…

The item suddenly cannot be returned! I have been duped. Wrong size, cannot return, money lost...

I missed two Shimano cleat bolts, claimed them but only heard that Bikester went bankrupt

Everything went wrong. I paid my item 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything nor a time of delivery nor the reason why I still have not gotten my parcel.

A fake customer service with an automatic reply totally useless.

At today it was a frode to me.

Great price (on special).
Delivery was on time, and easy to assemble.
Good quality bike, especially for the price - solid, clean lines, nice paint job.
Braking is decent quality.
Gearing is also decent quality - just right for a single-gear option with the right amount of top-end speed, but not too heavy when riding from a standing start.

Had a question about a part, which was not available, and they (helpdesk/service) quickly came with solution for a different part, with same function and quality. All ordered parts were delivered quick. Now in use and working and fitting perfect.

I bought a Castelli speedsuit at Bikester for 200 euros. After a couple of rides, I thought something was wrong with my pad. I found that the stitching was not made for a big part of the pants, so the pad was not fitting very well. I made a claim August 30, still waiting for a response. I made a claim September 7th still waiting for a response. Bikester is not at home for service. After sale is not their core business strange for a web shop. Maybe this will help to wake up the customer relation manager. If not I will try to contact Castelli, hopefully they understand service or at least know how to write it.

update 20-09-2023 Bikester contacted me and they are going to change my speedsuit with a new one. so I changed 1 star to 3 stars, still it should have done quicker without a bad review.
