Worst delivery site i have seen. they take 15-20 days to deliver there product which they said will be delivered by 7 days.
As if they walk from maharastra to ddelhi to deliver there products. same happened with my friend.

The rim of the bike got damaged after a year of use.
On requesting for asistance, i was given a budget of 30euros(if i remember right) to get it fixed myself.
No doubt the company has gone bankrupt and the new owners seem to be doing nothing better. I did my repairs and never asked for the refund.

Attention, please. The police have been informed about Bikester.

ordered multiple times, good prices and fast delivery

Good prices and shipping costs, just order and wait for delivery. Not a dozen of emails with unneeded info like "picked" "packed" "ready for pick up" etc.. Really good packed.

Some of the bicycles parts were bent out of place. I had to straighten it myself.

Good communication via email, but slow delivery of small bike part. Sale price OK, but still offset by slower delivery than promised/expected.

Great bike, great price!

The front fork of my Bomtrack bike is of poor quality. The rivenuts are loosened and therefore not usable. Bikester say they are waiting for the factory to respond. In fact as supplier Bikester should repair or replace the fork. What a waist of time for me to try to convince Bikester of their responsibility. No service at all.

Long story with these guys but in a nutshell: I bought a bike with them, and it arrived without the seat saddle and seat post. After two weeks of texting them, they accepted their mistake and then sent the missing parts of my bike. Afterwards, I received an email telling me that the package was delivered, but in a different town to a different person! The shipping company confirmed that they messed up the addresses. It was the first and last time I buy something to this company, not recommended at all.

Despite the horrorstories of bikester being bankrupt i bit the bullet and ordered a bike at a heavy discount. It was nicely delivered within 10 days

Information on one product was too global, turned out to be a less value product in my opinion. Return forms with hand writing and patiënt with credit card only is cumbersome.
Other than that, great store. Many purchases made and never issues.

Ordered a mountainbike. Delivery took a couple of days longer than advertised, but as it was during the holidays and during a big sale I wasn't too bothered. Delivery went smooth. Packaging was fine. The bike was largly well assembled and the assembly instructions for the final steps were clear.
