I ordered my scooter one month ago. Before I placed the order, I was contacted daily and guided through the process. However, once the order was finalized, I have not received any updates for over a month.
I have tried to contact customer service, but it has not been possible to reach anyone by phone. I have waited more than 40 minutes on multiple occasions, only for the call to be suddenly disconnected.
I was initially told that the pickup time would be 1 to 2 weeks, but now I have already waited more than 4 weeks, and I am being told I may need to wait an additional 3 weeks. No one has been able to clearly explain the reason for this delay or provide proper guidance.
This has been a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The lack of communication and the broken promises are unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak to a single person since placing my order.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Structure is needed in the work place. You can do better.

I bought a scooter with the maintenance package at home and now when I need to do maintenance I've been struggling for a month to get someone to come. They are very unserious. I will never buy anything from them again.And the maintenance is still not don.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a review about my experience here and how terrible it has been so far. My review was actually answered by someone from the company, and they assured me that my scooter would be delivered on April 13th, asking me to rely on that date.
Well… guess what? It wasn’t delivered. I still haven’t received my scooter, and I have absolutely no response or update about what’s going on.
This level of service is extremely disappointing.
Never buy any product in this shop. They sell you bikes and after service really sucks. They don't care after sales, service are really disappointment. They want you to buy service subscription so that your bike is taking cared, and when you bring your bike to them, they will schedule you for 1 ½ month because they are too busy. It means that all there product is not reliable.

Without informing you they charge 3,3% surcharge as operational costs for IN3 payment. It's not an issue if they have informed the customer upfront, but sneakily passes on the charges via payment link where the break-up is not displayed. Upon payment, you receive the invoice and get to know about this deception.

Pathetic, disorganised and giving me the run-around. After one month of writing emails, phoning, going to the Enschede store and sending messages on social media, I have come full circle with La Souris. After they sold me a faulty scooter and I had to take it back 4 times in as many months, I eventually gave the scooter back to them and am still waiting for a refund. Writing a review on Trust Pilot, and now I am told to send an email AGAIN. You don't respond. I provided my order number in my previous review. Why don't you get in touch with the branch and get the information. How can you sell a faulty product and then when it is returned you now say you have no knowledge of a refund. I will send ANOTHER email to the email address you provided. But I think it's time to get legal now. This is not just about poor service anymore, this is about common decency, integrity and honesty which is serious lacking.

I didn't feel like a customer they wanted to work with, didn't respond to the request, didn't compromise, didn't offer a way out of the current situation, in Ukraine (the country where I'm from) customer service is much better than yours, I was very upset that they didn't help me with the delivery of the bike, so I bet 1

I had a very good experience at this shop. I bought a GPS tracker for my bike and they installed it for me the same day.
After activation, I contacted Loqater and they were able to find my device in the system immediately, which shows that everything was installed and set up correctly.
The service was clear, professional and efficient. I appreciate that everything was handled properly and without any issues.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered—absolutely unacceptable.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this bike shop. I bought a bike from them, and first, they forgot to give me the alarm. Then, after I went back to pick it up, they forgot to give me the key I needed to remove the battery. I've been calling them for almost two months—around 10 or 15 times—and either they hang up on me or they promise to call me back and never do.

I went to la souris to buy a fat bike, the fat bike, the fat bike had some items a bit loose. The motor made a noise, the Accu was empty in less the 10km
I returned they said that it was normal, I used the bike for some more time and everything started failing. I did 5 km and the Accu was almost finished, the motor made a weird noise. They kept saying everything was okay, until I returned it
Now they are fixing a product that was already with defect and they don't want to give the money back. It's been almost a month and I have no bike and no money back

I had a great experience buying a Cross boss e-bike few days a go. The customer service guy was extremely helpful, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing even he was alone at the shop. He worked quickly without cutting corners, and easy and fast access to pay and grap the bike right away. Everything runs smoothly now, and he even took a moment to explain for me about the bikes in the shop.
It’s not always easy to find someone who combines speed with quality, but he definitely delivered both. Really appreciate the efficient and professional service—highly recommend. Keep up your good work!!!!!!!
