I was disappointed with my renewal…
I was disappointed with my renewal experience with Be Wiser Car Insurance.
The renewal process was very long-winded and unnecessarily complicated, and there was no straightforward option to cancel online without having to call them. When I did try to get help, the customer service experience was poor, with an AI chatbot and very slow responses making the whole process frustrating .along with calling the contact number, again completing the whole id process to be told there are tech issues and cut off.
In the end, I decided not to renew my policy purely because of this experience. I can’t comment on how they handle claims, but if the customer service and communication during a simple renewal is anything to go by, it certainly didn’t give me much confidence in finding out.

Perfectly Average, Which Is Apparently a Compliment
Buying car insurance is never going to be anyone’s idea of a pleasurable experience, and this was no exception. The online process was average but straightforward enough, and at least I could review the optional add-ons without someone enthusiastically pressuring me to buy cover I did not want. Three stars for making an unavoidable annual chore merely tedious rather than actively unpleasant.
