Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Will never deal with again I cancelled my renewal in good time. They renewed anyway, took money from my account without my permission. I cancelled nd charged back the direct debit not they are threatening me saying I owe them money. Disgraceful and should be struck off for fraud and theft.

A right pain to deal with
A right pain to deal with. Foreign call centers , threats to cancel insurance as hadn't uploaded proof of ncd. Try asking first ! The main gripe is voice recognition, it just couldn't recognise date of birth . Give up !
