They are complete scam artists, and I have no idea how their lack no payouts can be legal. I pumped so much money into a slot machine over several days and not once did I get into the feature. NOT ONCE! And I’m talking hundreds and hundreds of spins. I’ve been playing in casinos and online for a very long time. These are the worst payouts I’ve ever seen.

The reality is there are no payouts, they steal from you! It goes like this, there’s bad luck, there’s running bad and then theres bet victor.

Received a phonecall yesterday evening from BetVictor regarding my recent betting activity as allegedly it had flagged up as a concern on their "system".
Their employee said I lost money on one of my accounts held with BV, which I was already fully aware of after betting within my means, and was asked if I was aware of this(?!). After being subjected to their highly intrusive interrogation and being told that I should check my bank accounts to ensure I am aware what both of them hold, I politely said to the employee that I check my bank accounts up to a dozen times a day as I don't trust banks, as a consequence of past experiences.
She then went on to say that I had lost £293 on another BV Group account (Parimatch) during the course of yesterday. I told her that was not the case as I have not even logged into my Parimatch account for around 3 weeks and explained the reason why (continually getting asked to change my password, etc.).
She completely ignored what I said that it must have been me or does anyone else have access to your Parimatch account login details and bank details. I said to her nobody else, bar me, has got my login details nor bank account details to access and use my Parimatch account.
After repeating myself on SEVEN occasions, she said I should raise the matter with the police about this matter. Naturally BV admonished themselves of any wrongdoing whatsoever for this potential security breach. I asked the employee to provide me details of this activity on my Parimatch account so I could provide evidence to the police. She said she couldn't do that as it was a "different department" which deals with such requests.
I kindly asked her to contact this department on my behalf but she refused and repeated that I need to do this. Eh?!
She then proceeded to close my Parimatch account as she "had to" because of the alleged security breach.
After 30 minutes on the phone, I was naturally drained having been subject to ignorance, inattentiveness, laziness, and downright awkwardness.
I contacted BV to find out more because of their employee's refusal to do this on my behalf via their live chat facility and spoke to an agent called Ellie.
Ellie advised that her colleague had misinformed me of the date of my Parimatch account activity as it was actually the 3rd of January 2026 which the aforementioned losses related to and not the 3rd of February 2026 as incessantly insisted by her colleague I spoke to on the phone. This colleague had at least 30 minutes to correct her misinformation but refused to do so.
Reasonably I proceeded to ask for compensation after losing half an hour of my life so needlessly and being subject to such poor, and quite frankly repulsive, customer service by her colleague but Ellie refused my request, stating "we do not give out goodwill gestures or free bets on request."
Bearing in mind, they should be offering me a settlement and not vice versa, I was extremely disappointed but not surprised. All that I received from Ellie was hollow apologies.

Customer service by telephone and by electronic means is at an all time low as the faceless agents of businesses you liaise with do not give a toss about you or any of their clients for that matter.

It would be zero stars if it would have let me! DO NOT play this site! Falsely got me to sign up with them thinking I would recieve the free spins bonus. I topped up and never recieved them ask customer service why and they say it’s due to information from another website that they cancelled my bonus. So I wasted money topping up under the false pretence of getting free spins. But never told me this info until after I topped up

Guys do not gamble here this place. This casino called the cops on me because I called out evolution gaming on red door roulette for not having the multiplier keys on half of the wheel which would 18 numbers out of 36 which would fair for both players and casino . I've had no issues withdrawing from this site, often within minutes. I also like how you can limit deposits and losses with different time frame options. Quick, responsible. The only true negative is the exclusivity of their VIP level and their casino bonus structure. Played through thousands and have not received a single spin or free play bonus and my e-mailed request to obtain VIP status was rejected because playing through over 10k in action with thousands deposited in 2 months isn't considered enough to qualify for anything.
