Nice website and casino. Smooth deposit/withdrawal.
But finding out betvictor has drastically lower custom RTP on most of the slot games compared to similar online casinos is disappointing and unsettling. For example X casino has a 96.4 RTP , the Y Casino has a 95.9 RTP on Gates of Olympus 1000 slot game , HOWEVER! BetVictor is %94 on the same game. This is a massive difference. Super greedy man.i don't like this.

Worst site I have ever played on and that includes some of the unregulated sites that used to exist. My experience isn't from a couple of visits, its over years, 1000s of pounds, the games just don't pay anything and you never feel like you even have a chance, you might as well put your money in the bin. I have complained and you get the automated bullsh*t answer that we can't control our games, I play the same 3 games across multiple sites and although you don't win all the time, obviously, you do get decent wins on other sites and you get a feel of the games, not on this site, they also don't just drain your balance with no bonuses at all, or as mentioned by other people rubbish ones, I would avoid this site at all costs unless you like chucking money away.

I signed up to betvictor & after verifying I made my first deposit vie e-transfer. After completing the transfer through my bank, it was showing as pending on betvictors site. After contacting support I was told that it was rejected on their end and there isn't any reason that he saw? They also hold your deposit for 1-6 business days so it is essentially in limbo. I am unable to use their casino nor can I get my money back that they accepted

They offer free games but if you win anything they then block you from promotions. Don't offer free games if you don't like paying up , oh but you want new customers to join. Can't have it both ways Betvictor.

First of all, i had a bet on a tennis game where i bet a player to win the set. Eventually she did win the set but was settled as a loss. After reaching out to the help and contact, i explained everything. They come back to me after 15 mins that the game was lost and bet was settled correctly. Next situation is, i was playing some games and in between i receive a message that i have been rewarded 25 free spins. Obviously it didnt show right away so i reloaded the game but there was no free spins. Again, same process of help and contact,they said there is nothing available and asked for screenshot. How on earth would i take screenshots of the simple pop up message. They should have access to see that. And upon conversation for 10 mins. At last i didnt want to discuss further so i said its fine. Never trust this app. If you are betting-in play games then i repeat never. This is more like a scam business now.

I understand the rules of gambling, you win, you loose etc But to constantly loose is just ridiculous, how this site gets good reviews just baffles me. I put £100 on a game and played £5 spins, to then get the bonus and end up with £0.60? I mean cmon, utterly ridiculous. There are several sites I enjoy playing and I lose money and also win money but to constantly loose AND have bonuses which pay out maximum 3x your bet is just atrocious. My advice would be take your money elsewhere and use a better site.

Bet Victor are a joke of a company. Manipulated low paying slots. Untrustworthy in documents and payments. They are a site you should not join. They also pay for fake positive reviews. Most off the 5 star reviews are fake and it's a joke trust pilot allow it.

Hey folks, when I first got onto BetVictor, I was very optimistic ... it seemed like a good site ... they were friendly, always ready to help, and they gave me a $50 bonus, to start off with ... very cool ... but the problem I came across, was their parlay system ... I need to make complicated NFL parlay bets, and BV's system, didnt' work ... it didnt work on Chrome or Safari ... no matter what we tried ... I tried the app, and it worked ... partially ... but every time I tried to add a third or fouth element, the BV interface erased it! So frustrating ... after two days of torture, trying, trying, and trying again ... I gave up ... I could not figure it out, even with their Live-Service help ... if you wanna try BV, go ahead, but be warned, they have limitations ... limitations, that make it hard for you to win! ...

Felt cheated while trying to cash out on winning bet.Web site claimed cash out had failed twice,the offer was reduced by 20%.Won’t be using again

I have played BetVictor slots for a few years now. Big bonanza being my favourite. I would say after over 1,000,000 spins I have never one the x4000 fish. False advertising in the extreme. This is a fair and honest review but I WOULD STEER WELL CLEAR from BetVictor. Just to add there is never any bonuses even on huge losses.

When I first signed up, I was getting bonus/features on every game, it was literally amazing… but that’s how they get you. One week later, I cannot get a single bonus/feature on ANY game. Doesn’t matter the provider or bet size. Absolute scam artists. Don’t fall for it. Stay away!!!
