I have no other way to express my concern, i am a new customer and having issues loading your games using your OWN APP. Screen will go black while playing or loading especially the last one, i bought free spins in one game to give it a try but i never got to start a spin, the app window keeps going black. Very Concerning Changes – Needs Investigation

Something is seriously not right with this website anymore.
I’ve been playing here for a while, and it used to be a good, trustworthy platform. But recently, things have changed in a way that feels very concerning. I have screen recordings showing: 1.Free spins freezing mid game
2.Glitches affecting gameplay 3.Incorrect payout amounts being awarded
This isn’t just frustration from losing, this is about patterns that feel inconsistent and potentially unfair.
What’s even more worrying is the sudden increase in negative reviews throughout 2026. It raises serious questions about whether something has changed behind the scenes.
Trying to raise concerns with support has also been extremely unprofessional. I’ve been transferred between 4–5 different staff members without any clear answers or accountability.
At this point, I strongly believe this site needs to be independently investigated. I am currently looking into making formal complaints to authorities such as the Department of Internal Affairs, Commerce Commission, Netsafe, and international regulators like the UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority.

I will be submitting my recorded evidence so this can be properly reviewed.

It’s disappointing to say this, but what was once a good platform now feels potentially compromised.

This company is a joke. The website barely works, and when I manage to log in, they limit the stake to 50 pence. I've asked multiple times if my account is limited. It's not, and during the biggest horse festival, you can place a 50 pence bet. The company is a joke or a money laundering service for friends.

Absolute shambles of a company let me deposit over 5k. I then went on the win 9.5k and withdrew. I also made 2 later withdrawals of smaller amounts that was approved but they declined the larger one.
