Joined under the impression of getting the £20 bonus + the 100 free spins after depositing £10. I got 50 free spins on 10liners, but the bets were 5p. I get they're free, but you can't even bet 5p on a 10 liner. Customer support was also very repetitive and not exactly helpful

I know I am rather late with this but I have only just found out this site has Trust Pilot reviews...
Twenty years ago, I placed an each way treble with Victor Chandler on their website for Kauto Star to win the Betfair Chase at Haydock, The King George VI Chase at Kempton and The Cheltenham Gold Cup. Before placing the bet I checked the rules to make sure that there wasn't one precluding me from placing a treble involving the same horse in each leg and there wasn't. The bet was accepted on the site and when it won my account showed that the resulting £14,000 payout to me had been made. However, I was not able to transfer this money back into my bank account and when I queried it I was told that the bet had been accepted in error and it contravened their rule 21a. They said they don't accept bets on the same selection at multiplied odds and I should have contacted their customer services for a special price. They also said that had I done so, they would have quoted me 40/1 for this bet instead of the 140/1+ that the multiplied odds came to, and that was all they were willing to pay me out. I checked what rule 21a was and it did not refer to the type of bet I had placed, nor did any other rule.
So they paid me out £4,000 instead of the £14,000 I was expecting, effectively ripping me off for £10,000. I went to see a solicitor at the time, who thought I had a good case, but regretfully this was one year before gambling debts became legally enforceable, so they didn't have to pay me even if I won the case.
So I would just like to caution everybody with this bookmaker. I now only bet on the betting exchanges a far more fairer and honest system.
