Made two withdraws within two days of opening the account and money was in the bank within seconds! Games play very fairly. I only play slots and am seriously thinking of using this as my main site. Stake limited after just a couple of bets? Seriously? After two or three wagers you suddenly restrict the account like I’m some kind of professional syndicate player.
What’s the point of even existing? Why spend money advertising everywhere if you can’t handle normal customers? People waste their time registering, completing verification, depositing money – and then after a few bets you slap on a ridiculous limit that makes it impossible to play properly.
If you can’t accept players who win, maybe stop pretending to be a serious bookmaker. Big marketing presence, zero consistency when it comes to treating customers fairly.
Complete disappointment and a total waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who expects to be able to place normal bets without being limited after just a few wagers.

I'm surprised a bit at the mixed reviews as I found their customer service extremely helpful and sorted out the issue that I had in no time, I had an issue with withdrawing my funds which seemed like it was a glitch so customer support manually did it for me and was all sorted within about 10 - 15 minutes.

I had a bet on over 4.5 cards (Fenerbahce v Nottingham Forest) which has retrospectively won, however after around 5 hours on live support they have refused to pay me out. They have ignored no end of credible sources, such as follow scores (bet 365), UEFA official sites, flashscores, sofa scores, opta stats and also industry credible data providing sites. There were 6 cards awarded (1 of which was an off field manager). Throughout the 5 hours I was told that extra time didn’t count….. stating that 45 minutes for each half only and no extra or additional time… despite their rules contradicting this. They have now come to a conclusion that there is not enough evidence and that their data provider back this up. Honestly never seen anything like this within the industry.
