Customer service excellent whenever I have a complaint.

Plenty of offers.

I would give it 5 if they stopped doing Slots… which are an appalling idea and should be banned!

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Don't play slots on this casino.. money drainer, you'll see a "bonus" once every few hundred spins, and it'll give u ##### all. Avoid at all cost!

If I could give Zero stars I would. On Saturday I placed a football accumulator. All my selections won with only one game to play. If Arsenal had won it would have returned £1388. At no point was I offered an early cash out. This they claim was due to technical issues. No apology. My Son has had quite a few wins on horses. His account has been restricted. They don't stop you betting if you lose. A completely immoral company.

Terrible app experience on Saturday the busiest betting day of the week. As always bets frozen or unable to follow or cash out. Always a problem and customer service just reply to a legitimate complaint with small print get out clauses to protect themselves when they fall short of codes of conduct and foul play. I was one of the first 100 customer b365 history and have remained loyal for many years but enough is enough. Terrible smell in the air. Goodbye b365

Don't use bet 365. Infact don't use any. I watch my brother going mad over his cashouts today like many others. There's a saying "the bookie always wins" that's why they have millions and your crying over £5 bet.
Trust me stay clear you will notice they offer no refunding of bets or compensate.
Somewhere in small writing will be rules.
If you do bet go inside the bookie put 5 pound on sit when pen paper study do ot once a month.

So for the 2nd time in 2 months bet 365 has had technical issues with their website. During the football coupons today their was yet another technical hitch. I'm not a big gambler and do about 6 coupons on a Saturday with both teams to score and oon average about 20 quid a week. So during the first half the technical issue started. I do a six fold on 8 teams with both teams to score. So within the first half 2 of them were doing pretty well and boom cash out disappeared. Of course a technical hitch seen to that. And although I got 7 out of 8 teams I would have had a higher cash out due to waiting on one goal which was just after first half. So the bet will now be settled in accordance with their rules which will be less than what I would have received in a cash out. It is now 2 n half hours after games finished and still awaiting credits for coupons. Are they purposely doing this to avoid paying out money and I would hate to think of other people who had bet builders on who could have cashed out on their bets and coupons. We are being robbed of our winnings. The glitches seem to be on a Saturday mostly but are quick enough to take your money. Not amused but again I will be complaining to be fobbed off by a crap response from their customer service and the online chat had an absolute cheek to send me something about responsible gambling. My cash outs get me my coupons for the next week lol

IT issue stopped cash out option mid game and cost me hundreds not even a reimbursement of the bet I made

"Oh, really, because I've wagered that much on novelty bets, interest bets and your casino without such concerns being raised". "Ahem, yes, well ..." A bookmaker in name only. A sorry excuse for one in all truth.

Rubbish company

Bet365 is head and shoulders the best traditional on line sportsbook site. Better odds, more in play options, more cash out options etc etc.

There's a reason they're constantly rated the best. Totally ignore 95% of the poor reviews on here, they're from clueless casino junkies that will never realise you can't win on these games.

If you want a betting account, not a degenerate casino account, then this is the only one to have.

Did have a good relationship between me and this company. As far as betting goes I have no complaint, until! I complained about a Roulette wheel tab on the main betting page that had been added without being asked. Firstly it's in the way of what you're looking at. Also I kept brushing my hand on it, I'm quite arthritic, and shooting off into a Roulette page. And then said it was an unnecessary temptation for other customers. From there they restricted my account, under the heading of customer Gamble Aware. They subjected me to well over an hours interrogation of personal questions. Because I dared to question their actions. Even after the interrogation they still restricted my account. There is something very wrong when a Gambling company uses the customer care heading to bully someone. I'm not a heavy gambler. I rarely use the casino or horse racing. I have a weekend flutter on the football. So there is no earthly way they could think I need to have a cozy chat. This has deeply affected me, maybe I'm a bit of a softy at heart. Very sinister to use the Gamble Aware to put people in there place. On that basis I would now not trust this company. Make your own mind up. They don't even respond to complaints on here. Devious.

Latest update is terrible. Multiple log in requests, no page refresh. Can't move back and forward between races as the information doesn't load. Awful, gone from best to worst in one update

I placed a bet on Ollie Watkins to have a shot on target in the young boys v Aston villa game. After no shots Watkins had a shot which hit the defender in the 6 yard box and was heading in. Thinking I have won my bet it was settled as a loser. I complained to Bet 365 and they said they go by opta and they said there was no shots on target. I have watched this several times and this should have been settled as a winner. I don't mind losing when it's the right outcome but when you win you expect to be paid out. Be careful when placing bets on shots in target because these guys obviously don't know where the goalposts are.
Cowboys!! Have since closed my account with these guys. Once bitten, won't be returning!

The app is extremely slow and for several times is not given access on your account. I put the corect password for 50 times and nothing. Free games are blocked and I try everything I even restart the phone but for nothing good.

I was with Bet365 for 2 years playing slots but now they have become impossible to bonus on low stakes so have closed my account. Greedy company.

Worst betting site ever. Never win on the slots, money grabbers. Odds are totally against every player. Walk away now or be skint.
