After the 29/1/25 .and the cash out shambles .bet 365 has told that it's there terms and conditions. That if there's a fault with the app they take no responsibility. However I noticed on the Web chat .when talking to them .they said certain people were affected. And they apologise. So the question must be asked .why certain people .surely if there's an issue with the app it would have affected everyone using the app .do they mean certain people who had big cash outs were affected .it wasn't an issue for everyone and I'm sure they saved a fortune. And there only reply to me was being referred to the terms and conditions. Which does not say anything about issues with the app for certain app.i won't be using that app in the future. And certainly not happy about there service 0 rating for me .and they didn't even try to help .greedy gits

The most embarrassing industry and customer service in living memory. The personal at this shocking company need to remember that if they were not giving out such good offers & prices it could all end tomorrow. To many Charlie large who can pick and choose how they talk to customers. Please read this & gamble elsewhere.

My account got blocked for no reason, and no explanation. Didn’t even get a chance to place any bets - literally no idea what I did, because I never got to use my account. Spoke to someone via the chat and was told the decision was final 🤷‍♂️ Take your money elsewhere.

After being a bet 365 customer for over 5 years with account showing a £569 loss first 12 month period they have now capped my deposit at £250 a month in the run up to biggest jumps meeting at Cheltenham which is utterly useless without even the politeness to email me land explain. needless to say they email me constantly about other markets to bet on ( I only horse racing bet) but can’t inform you about account changes basiky I can’t recommend very poor indeed!

My names Shaun nathan and I have been with these guys for 3 years no problems withdrawing when I withdraw its in my bank in like 1 hour just to b clear if u win say a 20k win wire withdraw directly to ur bank as there’s limits wen withdrawing back to ur visa debit card nething over 5k u need to wire it to ur bank and it usualy takes 3 days I’ve Wie transferd 20k 15k 10k and it’s in my bank in 3 days and I’m in nz

Win big they ask questions & want docs.
Have a bad loss or 2 and they will treat you like a criminal…

Joined bet365 today and aleady have closed the account down. Midway threw games they log you out saying there's a connection error and then when you go back all the money you've played is gone. Seems like a scam to me and would advice everyone to stay away. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I had joined

I withdrew money from my bet365 account into a new account with a company called Pockit. Once my money was in my Pockit account Pockit froze my account then closed it. I received an email from Pockit saying they returned the money to bet 365 and now bet365 are refusing to return the money to me. Bet365 are asking the impossible as Pockit is A Scam. I’ve sent the withdrawal statements from my bet365 to Pockit showing the money going out of my account and also shown them the email I received from Pockit saying they were returning it to the sort code and account number of bet 365. Because of the document they want from me from Pockit which I can’t get, bet365 are now keeping my money. Surely that is theft!!!

I was closed down after a small winning streak after being a customer for several years and was told in was because of the nature of my buisness which is a baker for the last 40 years.

Ever time they update the app it signs you out, I’ve changed my password and when signing back in it doesn’t recognise it, got an email from them and they have closed my account, I had money in and I know I won’t get that back, this is the second time they closed my account and no saying why they did it, they will be reported to the gambling commission, and also to the trading standards.

Just randomly close your account when they want. Completely useless, would rather set my money on fire than give it to them. Having to argue to get my unsettled antepost bets refunded.
Would rather give them zero stars. Avoid.

Deposited £100, then placed a few bets and won £75. When I tried to withdraw the money, my account got frozen without any explanation. I contacted support multiple times, but they just gave me generic responses and kept delaying my withdrawal. After 3 weeks of waiting, I still haven't received my money. Those hidden restrictions should be transparent!

Dreadful betting site! Don't win for heavens sake like I did and withdrew around 80 quid twice!
Only to receive a message that due to nature of my business (whatever that is???) (was it winning a few quid by any chance?) They were stopping me receiving free games, promotions, etc, and basically they did not know when these would be available again?? So, the way I see it is, you can deposit money and lose, but win a few quid on slots is a no no in my opinion . Very sad way to treat punters in my opinion! Needless to say, I put the last of my winnings on an accumulated football bet, it did not win, I wasn't bothered about that, just wanted to leave nowt in my wallet before closing my account!
Definitely will not be back!

PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE READING THESE REVIEWS do not take the bait from a tiny tiny few reviews that are probably “fake” and obviously “plants” by someone from that fraudulent scamming bunch of thieves masquerading as a betting company.My advice to potential customers is simple….COUNT UP ALL THE REVIEWS and it will lead you to an honest and well informed decision and if you go and STILL join them then I am sorry but you deserve everything crooked and illegal that will most certainly come your way.
I read one “fake” review that mentioned they(bet365) have the best odds…WELL OF COURSE THEY HAVE THE BEST ODDS YOU FOOL….THEY NEVER PAY OUT ON THEM…but of course as an employee (or friend)of the company you would already know that. AVOID….AVOID…AVOID
Stupid people who issue these licenses for money are complicit…..At least make it LOOK like you checked these shonky companies beforehand.

Hello everyone! I hope someone here can offer advice or share any similar experiences.

Recently, I created an account on Bet365 and mistakenly deposited funds using my husband’s account instead of my own Paysafecard account. Because of this error, Bet365 immediately locked my account, as their rules don’t allow using someone else’s account for deposits. They refunded the funds to me, but the account remained locked.

After that, I opened a new account, but it was also locked since it was linked to my previous one. I reached out to customer support and explained that it was an honest mistake, but unfortunately, they weren’t willing to restore my access.

Has anyone had a similar experience and managed to regain access to their Bet365 account? Is there anything else I can try or someone specific I could contact? I’d be grateful for any advice or guidance.

Needs shutting down this site abs disgusting new customer spent almost £200 like an idiot got no special play or scatters nothing at all then message popped up saying I received a bonus which just vanished so went on chat to be told I had gambling problem when it was my first time playing on there and then passed to 4 different people to be told my account has been blocked so no bonus which I earned nothing and no chance to win my money back disgusting !!!! I'm so angry but just get blocked 😠 customer service is shambles never again

for 2 hours for something that could of been done in 2 mins and not only do they not honour your wish they give you something which you did not want and now I understand why betting companies have low stars, give us your money and we will treat you like dog crap. Other than that they are ok just somethings go around the block to many times.
