Bestwallet 

There are unexplained, undisclosed fee add-ons to presale purchases that are offered/listed in the Best Wallet app. These fees are gargantuan and, in my personal experience, can range from 25% upwards of the purchase price. And that was on the low end because I made my trade in the wee hours between Sunday night and Monday morning. I've learned from reading reviews that others have been charged as much as 33% (one-third of the purchase price.) I have not encountered these fees on presales not listed in the Best Wallet app. Best Wallet passed the buck to Wert (their payment provider) when I inquired of them. And Wert tried to gaslight me -- using phrases like "slight bump in price," "small spread," and "it’s totally understandable if some of those details were easy to miss in the moment," to explain away a 25% undisclosed fee -- over and above their disclosed fees. Wert is a 3rd party provider in the Best Wallet operating at Best Wallet's behest with their permission. Best Wallet is aware of these exorbitant fees; Yet, Wert is allowed to continue to scam Best Wallet customers. Best Wallet cannot continue to just pass the buck to 3rd party providers who are operating in their wallet in partnership with them. They are allowing scammers to fleece their customers and are doing nothing about it. It's like throwing a rock then hiding your hand. I did not sign up with Wert, I signed on with Best Wallet. I FEEL SCAMMED. Nobody is offering to refund the undisclosed add-on fees. All fees and charges should be fully disclosed -- not hidden. This is both scandalous and illegal in America. And BTW, Best Wallet's support team immediately redirected me to Wert. To paraphrase, they basically said 'it's not us, it's them. They gave me Wert's contact info and washed their hands. Nobody is taking responsibility. Not a good way to build a business or attract long-term, repeat customers. Feels like a get-rich quick scheme. Who does business this way. It's unamerican.

Good afternoon, I'd like to especially thank Daniel from tech support for recovering my cryptocurrencies, even though it took them four days to get back to me. They were on hold, and he helped me import them. Still, such an important wallet should have phone service. Thank you very much.

Decent wallet, but I wish support replied faster when I had a question. Took them almost a day.

I struggled to understand how the BEST token airdrop worked. Could be explained better.

I transferred my loopring coins but they never arrived. After contacting the customer service more than once through the app I never got a reply neither support. Please be aware of this behaviour as if you have a issue you will not get any help and this will lead to a financial lost. UPDATE: still no answer from the customer service except the commenting on TP, which is just helpful for the company not the user who need support.

They steal their users' money with the complicity of support!!! I buy ETH with my wallet as soon as they arrive in my account, and they are immediately transferred from my account to another in a minute. So I contact support who tells me that my wallet is corrupted and tells me to create a new one and put 100 euros to recover my money and guess what my money disappears again, in a wallet created during the conversation with support. Pure and simple theft! Be careful, scam! Danger!

J'achète des ETH avec mon portefeuille dès leur arrivée sur mon compte, et ils sont immédiatement transférés de mon compte à un autre en une minute. Je contacte donc le support qui me dit que mon wallet est corrompu et me disent d'en créer un nouveau et de mettre 100 euros pour récupérer mon argent et devinez quoi mon argent disparait encore, dans un portefeuille créé pendant la conversation avec le support. Du vol pur et simple! Attention, arnaque ! Danger !

I set up an account bought over $1200. I had to reset my phone and now they will not let me login my account. I can not get it. Such a scam.

I installed the wallet and attempted my first transaction — a swap between BNB and ETH — which failed completely. The transaction didn't generate a hash, meaning it never left the wallet and got stuck internally.

What’s worse is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out through the app and emailed the Customer Support multiple times. The transaction was on July 31st, and my last follow-up was on August 4th — still no response whatsoever.

I’ve never experienced such poor support with a crypto app. At this point, I can’t recommend this wallet to anyone.

Best Wallet is best for access to web3 projects and meme coins. Their support was very helpful and personalized with an agent assigned to me. He monitored an issue with claiming my staked BTCBULL, and offered great guidance for me. I would not recommend Best Wallet as a hot wallet for hodling, but it is very convenient and reliable for web3 transactions.

Poor service with too many fees & rules. The entire process was under whelming - BULL STASH outshine them completely.

I was logged out of my Wallet and when I logged in again a new wallet was created and all my coins and money disappeared. I have created several tickets for the last 6 months. They don't support. After the first message they disappear. When they come here and comment on the reviews, they tell you to send an email to their support but they never reply. It's fake. Scammers!!!

I have had a Best Wallet account for nearly a year
I basically lost all the funds I had invested in Wall Street Pepe but decided to try Bitcoin Bull
Those funds just disappeared when I was trying to transfer them
To add insult to injury I got logged out of my account and when I logged back in my other tokens had disappeared as well

Hello. I deposited funds into my wallet. When I changed funds from LTC to Bitcoin Pay, the transaction hasn't been completed for a week and the funds are blocked. Support is still telling me to wait for the issue to be resolved. My case number is 19798179. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wrote Best Wallet several times in regards to Crypto AllStars and Wall Street Pepe.... Support ref #19245098

I brought these in December of last year!!!!!! I have been emailing the company for months. I'm going to crypto lawyers. They claim you have to goto the website to claim then... I did. .did not work ...Furthermore never did I receive the proper support from them to receive them. I have been watching the wallet.

I have bought 3 different presales 1) Mind of Pepe 2) Solaxy 3) BTC Bull. #1 launched on 6/3/25 and #2 launched on 6/23/25 Both times when I claimed my tokens, It took 2.5 hrs until they showed up in my wallet and they had lost over half their value! Best wallet holds your tokens when they launch and they collect the initial profits then release them to you after everybody takes profit and they have lost over half there value! In other words, they steal half your investment and all of your profits! I had $900 invested in $MIND. When it hit my wallet it was $379 45 mins later it was $54 . Solaxy I had 1800 invested when it hit my wallet it was $649 and within an hour it was down to $484. I have filled a complaint with the FBI’s internet crime department. Please don’t invest with these criminals you will loose your money! The response from Best Wallet Below, this is the same Ai response they have for everything! I would like to say this, It is not a coincidence that I lost 80% of my investment on ALL 3 presale tokens when the launched! MIND is the only 1 of 3 that has any statistics! The other 2 have no market cap and the circulating supply amount is 0.00! Means they are worthless! (Check them out on. CoinGecko). The only markets they are available on is UNISWAP, & BILAXY which are tied directly to Best Wallet. Also, I have MACAFEE SECURITY on my devices and it identifies all 3 token websites as Malicious Websites! IT IS A FACT THAT YOU WILL LOOSE MOST IF NOT ALL YOUR INVESTMENT IF YOU BUY OR TRANSFER ANYTHING TO BEST WALLET!
