Suddenly the account deactivated.
Without reporting, reason.
I can't do anything anymore.
Chat support service also disabled.
It doesn't work anymore.
Disappeared... As in the most classic scams.
I searched but no contact email.
Basically, they have my money now.
I'm checking with the postal police.

cannot login anymore,everything lost,terrible customer service,scam presales like Solaxy and Bitcoin Hyper,avoid this wallet and there scams ! i will press charges against them by authorities

Just another scam wallet. Cannot send cryptos, cannot swap crypto. Cannot do anything.
EDIT: i am not stupid monkey, i can see that i need to have those shitty shitcoins for gas (which you people deserve), still shitwallet gives only error after trying to swap or send. Im glad it was just a test and i only used <50$ to your robbing scam wallet.

Best Wallet Token has been an absolute disaster. Pulled off centralized exchanges almost immediately after listing, destroyed liquidity, and then had the nerve to tell users to rely on decentralized exchanges with barely any volume.

No transparency, no accountability, and virtually no communication from the team. This project has completely failed its community so far. Investors trusted this platform, and what they got in return was silence and excuses.

Do better — or be honest about the situation.

A big Scam. Don't ever invest in any project that Best Wallet introduce. You will lose all your money.

I recently tried to reconnect to my Best Wallet account after some time, but I was unexpectedly logged out. I then attempted to sign in using my email and confirmed the login via the link provided.

However, the app is showing a message that my device is unrecognized, even though I am using the same device as before.

Unfortunately, I do not have a backup, and I urgently need to regain access to my account.

Earlier this year I was hunting for a wallet that kept me in charge without making me feel like I needed a degree in crypto. This one hit that sweet spot. Putting funds in was straightforward and I haven’t seen anything that looked off from a security angle

Swapping inside the app has worked pretty smoothly. It can feel a bit much when you are managing assets across several networks, but after you poke around a couple times it clicks. Overall it’s been a solid experience

When the market started to heat up again I moved some funds into Best Wallet instead of leaving everything where it was. I wanted to actually control things this time, especially after watching how chaotic it got over the past few years. Having direct access to my own keys really eases my mind.

Been using Best Wallet mainly for portfolio tracking across different chains. Being able to see everything in one place is honestly the main reason I kept it installed. The layout is clean and I like how it shows token values without feeling cluttered. There are small UX things that could be improved. A couple of times transactions took longer than expected to reflect, which made me double check on a block explorer just to be sure. Support wasn’t instant either, but they did reply eventually.

I moved to Best Wallet after getting tired of keeping funds on exchanges during all the volatility lately. What I like most is that it’s non-custodial and still pretty easy to manage. Setting it up was smooth, and importing my existing wallet didn’t give me any headaches. Swapping tokens inside the app has been convenient, especially when I wanted to rebalance without sending assets around. But sometimes the app feels a bit slow when loading balances, and I wish there was more detailed breakdown of swap routes and fees upfront. Still, for everyday use and peace of mind, it’s been reliable. Solid 3 stars from me.

I like Best Wallet but I feel like the app still feels like it’s maturing. Security is the main reason I keep using Best Wallet. Having full control over my funds gives me peace of mind, especially with how unpredictable crypto can be. That said, the app assumes you already know what you are doing, which I guess most of us are not when it comes to something as complex as crypto. I had to look things up outside the app more than once, and support was slower than I expected when I reached out, so I think there’s definitely room for improvement there.
