I recently returned from Vietnam. It was a wonderful trip, and I highly recommend visiting the country. I also recommend the company that made this trip such a success, Best Price. They are outstanding professionals who handle any situation with great speed and efficiency. You will never feel alone. I have traveled almost all over the world, and I can say sincerely that I have never come across an agency like this one. Without any doubt, it was the best I have ever worked with. They plan and accompany you throughout the entire trip, whether it is a private journey or a group tour (there were three of us).
I would like to mention Janet in particular. Janet never let us down. In addition to being a delightful person, she is an exceptionally professional individual with a strong focus on the customer. We Booked the Vietnam Gourmet Tour as they had a great selection of Hotels and Tours. We booked direct from the UK. Everybody was super helpful and adaptable to our needs. On the tours we found all of the guides to be really helpful and adaptable where needed. They seemed to be really interessted in making usre that we had a goood time.

First trip felt like a dream
I had a wonderful friendly trip planner, Anna, BestTravel kept me up to date with any flight, hotel, or weather changes. I was never caught off guard or surprised. Each plane ride always had a taxi driver waiting for me. I made my currency exchange on time and woke up to breakfast and a hearty lunch. It was always reassuring to have a knowledgeable person ready to answer my questions about Vietnam.
I even asked me friend to join me on my vacation and Anna helped us in arranging it.
In the end my 16 days in vietnam went by so fast I can't believe that I am returning home.
If you are making this trip, feel free to describe what you are looking for and they will give you the best advice for what tour to sign up for. Vietnam is a hidden gem.
Also of note, Anna is very responsive if you contact her you will get a response in less than an hour. I flet bad when contacting her on her day off, but she doesn't mind. That's how committed she is to her work and to her clients happiness.

Great company for a day trip or to help plan your entire vacation in Vietnam and Cambodia
Best Price helped us with virtually all the arrangements for our 2.5 week trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. They arranged drivers, hotels, interior flights, and day trips. They even helped us book a 7-day river cruise through another company, and arranged our E-visas for Vietnam. Everything ran smoothly, tours and tour guides were good - we did all private tours and customized where we wanted to go. Only one issue involved a flight time being changed without our knowledge, which caused the inconvenience of an extra long wait in the airport. Best Price didn't know how it happened, however they changed our drivers pick-up time for us and also compensated us with a free street-food tour in Ho Chi Minh City to make up for the inconvenience. All in all, everything was great and it was stress-free for us knowing everything was arranged in advance. All the tours we took were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company

I booked a 5 day tour of Hanoi with Moon at BestPrice Travel and would highly recommend her services! She was very responsive and professional and the booking was done efficiently. People make the difference -incredible Emperor Cruise Ha-Long Bay
I found myself in Vietnam booking for 3 people Emperor Cruise in Ha long bay. It was really on a 1 day notice and we were in Nihn Binh. I book on Best price travel on the run, with "we'll figure things out approach". Then Janet, from Best Price Travel, texts me on what's app and I found whatever everyone needs: fast communication, understanding, kindness and even patience on some side enquiry to guide us on our broader trip. We could arrange transports from Ninh Bihn and then to Hanoi, and grant overall best experience (I could also provide feedbacks to Emperor Cruise to get their experience to another level, on par with the beautiful imperial wooden boat with Vietnamese sails). All worked out perfectly, but Janet empathy made the difference! Will call you back next time I am in Vietnam!

Perfect Mekong River Cruise
My wife and I booked a one-week downstream cruise from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City, plus excursions to Angkor and Cu Chi. The entire experience was absolutely first class. Rosie from Best Travel always answered quickly and to the point, always friendly, always solution oriented. All the guides contacted us via What's App one day before so we always had the right contacts and could ask all relevant questions in advance. Even when our original cruise (upstream) got cancelled by the cruise company Rosie was very swift in finding an alternative solution that suited our schedule, and she got us some nice extras. In the end we sailed on The Jahan which in my view is by far the nicest ship on this part of the Mekong. Just imagine a ship like in 'Death on the Nile'. Perfect cabins, perfect crew, perfect food and two excursions per day all included. We have done many cruises but this one was head and shoulderd above the rest. The excursions to Angkor and Cu Chi were also perfectly organized with clean and comfortable buses and very knowledgeable friendly guides. . Also booking, payments and the reimbursements from the canceĺled cruise all worked flawlessly.
All in all I highly recommend Best Travel and Rosie
