Great experience- friendly and prompt service!

Buyer beware! These guys source their phones from China and there is no international warranty. My Samsung Z Fold 5 screen died within 6 months and I asked them to send it for inspection and repair under warranty. They claimed that they sent it to Taiwan but the service centre "verbally" said the phone had physical damage even though the phone didn't. No evaluation report or receipt was provided. I contacted Samsung and they said my phone had never been submitted to any Taiwan service centre. These guys refuse to give me the name of the Taiwan service centre or date of submission. Now they have stopped picking up my calls or responding to my emails. I have felt cheated by their unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Better to pay a bit more and buy from a reliable retailer.

Very responsive customer service until you place an order. If/when you need service or warranty, then they will ignore/ghost you. Complete 180. I think they just add your e-mail to ignore list the moment they ship your order. Fully expect to go through your state's Office of Fair Trading to get any response.

I bought an expensive Xiaomi 14 Ultra and they shipped an UK model directly from China without an AU adapter. After 5 weeks of back & forth with the company through chats and email, I still have not received my adapter (sure, I can buy one in 2-dollar shops) or answer to technical help to enable VoLTE on my 5G phone.

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by my experience with Best Mobile Phone (bestmobilephone.com.au). I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G in November 2023, and when it stopped working suddenly, I trusted this company to handle the repair under warranty. That was a HUGE mistake.

Here’s what happened:
Unacceptable Delays: It has been over two months since I first reported the issue, and my phone is still nowhere to be seen. I was told the repair process would be quick, but instead, I’ve been left in the dark for weeks, with nothing but broken promises and excuses.

Mismanagement: To make matters worse, they mistakenly sent my phone to the wrong company (Sony, not Samsung) and only realised their error after I had to follow up repeatedly! How can a company that claims to be a reliable mobile phone service make such a basic mistake?

Lack of Communication: Every time I reached out for an update, I got vague and useless responses, if any at all. They kept pushing back deadlines and have completely failed to deliver. At one point, they even promised a refund if the issue wasn’t resolved within a week – guess what? Still no refund and still no phone.

Broken Promises: They’ve promised to refund my purchase and cover shipping costs, yet here I am, still waiting after weeks of asking. The company doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction, and their so-called "customer service" is a joke.

This whole experience has been a nightmare. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from Best Mobile Phone to think twice. They have shown themselves to be completely unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Was extremely wary about ordering online and International delivery. Rang inquiry number - very helpful. Ordered phone online on Thursday, received in my hand following Monday. Exactly what I ordered. Tracked post during delivery. Very happy with service. No hesitation in recommending to others.
