Its Android 15 hope it upgrades to 16.
Chat With Oztech was excellent and Informative,
only one app not working foxtel Go app probably because the phone is dual screen. Phone is a bit too heavy but I got use to it.
Dual screen was a waste on this phone cant see myself using it. I thought the small screen would show notifications and time etc but it dosent.
If I had another choice I would buy The Doogee s200 Ultra 1TB.

False advertising
I had an unfortunate accident where my previous phone got run over, and I needed a replacement quick smart, as I run my own business. Part of the reason I chose this company was because they said the order would be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. I ordered it the same day I had the accident, Saturday, so understood it would be processed by Tuesday at the latest. When I had not heard from them after 3 business days (Wednesday), I checked that I had read their policy correctly, and so contacted them via their chat system. They apologised and said the order was being processed and "hopefully will be handed over to AU Post tomorrow (Thursday) by COB". When I checked again the following day after business hours, it still said "processing", so I checked the policy again, and sent another message. On the 5th business day (Friday) I received a phone call and text message saying there was an error and to contact them. I called them back and was told they could not find my address via Australia Post, and so they could not proceed with my order. Considering the fact that I have had many deliveries through Australia Post, I found this odd. I asked if they could find my neighbours address, which they could, so I got them to change the number to the neighbours house and they said they had changed it and would finish processing the order and ship it that day, and I would get a tracking number. At COB I still had not received a tracking number, so checked in again, this time via their WhatsApp. I got a reply on Saturday saying there had been an internal logistics error and my order was not handed over to AU Post, but would be done so by Monday COB. I let Monday (today) roll by, and finally at 10.40pm got confirmation of a tracking number. Australia Post delivered it today (Tuesday) at 2.30pm. Glad to have my phone, and the price of the phone was decent, so two stars for that. However, if you're advertising processing & shipping within two business days, then make it two business days, hence deducting more stars. I probably won't be using this company again. Five stars to Australia Post though, for having my package less than 24 hours from receiving it to delivery- that's excellent service!

We are glad to hear that the phone arrived safely, that you were happy with the pricing, and that Australia Post got it to you so quickly once it was in their hands. However, we completely agree that our own handling time fell far short of what you should expect from us.
Meeting our promised processing window is something we take seriously, and in this instance, we dropped the ball. The mix of the initial address validation issue and a follow up delay in our warehouse created a timeline that was simply not good enough. We also completely understand how exhausting it was for you to keep chasing us up across different channels just to get an update.
We are actively going over this order with our support and logistics teams to make sure address flags are handled much faster and to prevent these internal handoff hiccups from happening down the line.
We really appreciate your open and honest feedback because it shows us exactly where we need to improve our operations. Thank you for your patience while we sorted this out, and we apologize for not giving you the smooth experience you deserved.
