I bought an HP desktop computer recently and wanted to get an extended warranty for it. The retailer couldn't offer one, but I looked on the HP website. It offered the three year warranty, with pick up and return cover, for a competitive price, so I was pleased to purchase it. I haven't yet had any need to use it.
Still have not had my printer issue resolved over 2 weeks later. Had one call back and explained I was driving. Was then told to call back when at home. I refused as I knew how long I would have to wait on hold so asked them to call me back…..still waiting 3 days later

Automated email reply was quick BUT Support App slow to react. It still shows that I need to extend my warranty

They did so without any transparency and clearly lied about the issue that broke my laptop in a way that couldn't be verified without the Laptop being in my possession. Do not buy from HP, ever.

I was having problems registering for the Instant Ink Plan. Daniela was amazing registering me at her end and explaining how the Plan worked. She also recommended signing up for the extended warranty which I didn't know about. I am very grateful for her help.
A laptop was picked up for repair on 24/03/2026. Since then there has been a day-on-day slippage of the estimated delivery date. This is currently 12/05/2025! This is due to awaiting delivery of a spare part.
No date has been provided for the delivery of the spare part and each day the estimated delivery date moves out a day.
This is frustrating for a repair that was quoted as 4-5 days turnaround. The estimated timescale is now over 6 weeks with no certainty the date will be met.

all i wanted was to get my printer up & running again . i know its old but so am i & i still work . i m not using capitals or punctuation on purpose ......... you took yr fee & all you did was to give me tick boxes to fill in !!!!! I ll not be buying hp ever again!!!!!!!!!!1

The lady I spoke to was incredibly patient and knowledgeable
call handler was professional, patience and worked with our limited knowledge.
The customer service agent I talked to was extremely polite patient and knowledgeable and sorted out the problem I had with my printer very efficiently.
Could not log in after buying warranty, kept telling me to buy the warranty again?

I was struggling with a technical issue with my HP printer. HP support was excellent in accessing my computer and solving the problem. He advised I should upgrade my computer to windows 11 but I decided to buy a new computer instead which I received one day after purchase, excellent service.
I'm over the moon with the way the process was handled start to finish and even more so that I didn't lose all my precious images, videos and data. My laptop had only just passed a year old, always well looked after when it stopped charging. The team collected and repaired my laptop, fixing every issue I had and most importantly preserving my data. I'm so thank full and in debt to them as it included my daughters full pregnancy journey and birth!

I called ur advisor and it was a lady who picked my call and after few details she pushed me to curry’s technical team and with an 30 minutes of long call they confirmed I was misguided and they advised me to ring hp again.
This time I got a man advisor took my call and he tried few options and then asked me to set up a time to boot my software via online help where I refused and requested him to take my laptop in and repair it at your centre , which he did.
I would give this zero star rating if I could. I paid upfront for an engineer to look at my HP printer which WAS WORKING with a USB cable but which had lost its internet connection. The engineer went through the same actions that I had already completed then 'hid' the printer. Next thing.. everything lost.. no way to go back to previous step.. 'You'll have to buy a new printer.' When I asked for a refund, I was given a number to call. The lady on the end of that call was unbelievably rude and unhelpful, kept saying that I had the wrong reference number when I was using the number from the service call.....AWFUL experience. I wrote to HO to complain. NO response. No refund. Just an email to say that they had closed the case. AWFUL. AWFUL.
