I feel very fortunate to have Monika as my Property Manager for nearly 10 years and just felt like now was a good time to leave a review and say thank you.

During this time I genuinely have found her to be very competent and efficient with a down to earth approach which is appreciated. I value her advice and guidance with my properties.

She will take her time to find good quality long term tenants and give fair and timely advice on rental rates.

Bespoke were really easy to communicate with, very timely and always came back quickly and clearly with answers to my questions

Bespoke were very efficient, we were told we were successful on Thursday and had the keys by Saturday !! Everything was done without a hitch.
We had an issue with the air-conditioner, sent an email and have a tech coming out to fix it in less than a week:) communication is very good......
