I met Simone Gaffney from the Glenmore Park branch when I was looking for somewhere to rent in the Penrith area. Simone was so helpful very professional but also extremely warm and friendly that put you totally at ease. We had a good chat about what I was looking for, Simone normally works in Sales not Rentals when she returned to the office she spoke to the staff that do look after the Rental properties, and they contacted me to discuss some properties they had for rent. Simone also gave me a good personal reference as I lived in the unit block Simone was showing the property in, so she popped into my unit to see how clean, tidy and well maintained the unit was.

Disappointed with this agency. As the home owners we were less than impressed with the communication, and actions of the property manager Monika. She was rude, abrupt and never easy to speak to or deal with in regards to our property. We had to chase up repairs, bills and invoices when this was the job of the property manager. When ending our time with this agency after two years we heard crickets from them. Very disappointed.
