Would give 0 star if I could.
Illegal activities ongoing at the company.
Refusing to pay wages owed to staff and holiday pay for over 6 years.
Do not work here and report when possible.
They'll reply to you for work and happily send you off to work for a company which will pay them. Once you ask for your pay they will ignore you and not pay you. What a ridiculous company I'll definitely be contacting HMRC to see what they can do
They never reply on time. Never pay on time. Female consultant whom I spoke on the phone was arrogant and mean. She should not work there as she make company look bad. She cannot talk to people. Her behaviour was very unprofessional and rude
as she was screaming at me and demanded an apology for asking about my wages and payslip. Never get payslip. Unprofessional behaviour!
I contacted this agency on behalf of a Ukrainian refugee. I was shocked by their rudeness and unprofessional attitudes. Their policies & practices are discrimative, I have raised my concerns with HR.
Recruiting HR staff not experienced. I produced all documents from Home Office . I was rejected, despite i could be changed because i sent all document and a deed poll signed by the home office clerk. I have different legal job, but i feel offended and disappointed with laziness of the staff who definitely did not bother to check details. i do not think it was xenophobic. One think its clear if im the person who apply for the right to work with marital name i dont think to be obligate to change this after i got divorce despite the fact i am the foreigner. Im in the UK 16 years and none never have a problem to employ me despite checking details with the expired passport. But it only shows what kind of company is this. Humiliating. Not worth to work for them .
Bad agency they say your paid for training and when time comes to get paid they don't pay you and just give you a load of cobbles they don't get back to you and just fob you off this just the start of it now going further than this so if you get a call from berry and the person you speak to is Jess hang up straight away because you won't get paid or paid training they took me for a mug
