Due to antisocial behaviour, jigsaw approved a management move, the process was long and a little frustrating because if delays due to works needing to be done on the new flat, but throughout the whole process our housing officer michelle swanson has been an absolute rock, chasing updates and keeping us informed along the way, her transparency took a lot of the difficulty out of it, shes been in our corner the whole time advocating for us, going above and beyond her standard duty to ensure that we were taken care of as the voids team got the flat ready for us. Even though we were waiting a very long time (hence 4 stars) Michelle has been an absolute angel, making the process as painless as possible. We are incredibly thankful for having her as our housing officer, anyone who works with her are lucky indeed.

Not disability confident in the slightest. They do t want proper job done. Managers are protected and things not investigated. Note to files given and you are told that this is not disciplinary. But i can be used against you. They dont like questions or you wanting to learn.they want you to do as your told and dont care for the quality of people jobs or lifestyle. Of there tenants or employees. Once your in a jigsaw home if you complain alot your talked about in the office. Dont work for them. Dont matter how much your change. they make you the issue. They will still find away to protect the hierarchy and lie.
I tried to do all i could and still even with facts they dont want to no.
Rules for one and rules for another. People cant where shorts cause of chemicals but teams who use worst stuff can.
There professional boundaries training is a farce as they say u cant live where you work. But people do. But then u have to move area but some havent. Luke they just make there own rules up. And come together before they try to manipulate situation and just do without question.
They mislead. Dont work for them. They have buildings that havent ben fire safe for over a year. With over 3 floors. And would rather harass tenants that solve the issue of providing bo storage. Yeat they put families in these buildings. And bo what will come. They dont solve there problems. They create more problems and doors.
When they create these issue and ongoing issues. With send formalities around in circles. But thwn its your fault when you get frustrated with all the tenants coming at you cause noone is dealing with the issues. Just passing the book.
They argued for a week over a grid that went to nowhere and who should clean it .

Dismal incompetent and lazy ; we were advised a smoke alarm was going off in flat - we were not there at the time . Took time off to go inspect and lo and behold it was a 2024 expiry so Jigsaw fault. Not allowed to disconnect it despite ear piercing alarm and was told not on no less than four occasions it was not an emergency. A bunch of jokers masquerading as a housing company.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Jigsaw Homes.
From my first contact with Kiri through to ongoing support from Jamie, everything has been handled in such a supportive and thoughtful way. Jamie in particular has been amazing - really responsive, efficient, and always keeping me updated, which made a big difference.
This has been quite a stressful time for me, and having someone who is understanding, approachable, and genuinely willing to help has meant a lot. It made the whole process feel much more manageable.
I’m really grateful for the support and care shown throughout.

Katie is our new housing officer and when I have approached her she’s dealt with any issues promptly and efficiently.
She’s always quick to answer any questions I have and makes the process a whole lot easier for tenants.
Thank you Katie for all your help :)

I don't live in Manchester- jigsaws homes used to be based in Chorley Lancashire. Since they moved we in chorley area don't exist ! I have taken them to court twice in the past 5 years for disrepair ! They just don't learn the error- of - their - ways. They have too much stock and must be RITCH because the rent is going up yet again. They are really good at taking you're rent . However, they don't do anything for it. They do basic remedial repairs. Some of the workers have potty mouths and are lazy ....

This should be zero
I have been reporting noise nuisance from my neighbor for seven years with nothing ever being resolved the noise is in the bedroom and goes on till 3am in the morning the other week I banged back and they had the nerve to report it I got a letter from a jigsaw neighbourhood safety officer who arranged a meeting at my address for Thursday 12/02/26 between 10.30 am and 11.30 am I waited till 11.45 but nobody attended my address I have again received a letter today 17/02/26 to say that they had tried to contact me via the phone I have not received any calls from anyone from jigsaw I went to cavendish 249 today to speak to someone about the situation and was told that my phone had kept going to voice mail so I asked the person who was taking some details to ring my phone it connected right away and displayed jigsaw homes on the screen
I provided a list of times and dates of further noise and also photo evidence to prove that my neighbor has a pet in the bedroom as my bedroom smells like a pet shop I have previously contacted my MP who contacted jigsaw on my behalf
I am now on medication for high blood pressure due to the issue this situation can not continue to happen and should have been resolved a long time ago
this proves jigsaw homes are not capable of this seriously even when my health is being affected

Jigsaw complaints department is a joke, the person I made the complaint about is given the complaint to deal with. Its like asking a criminal in court to sentence themselves. If this bunch of clowns have a 4 star rating then they have given it to themselves.
Thanks katie for offering me the property and showing me around at viewing, thanks to yvonne for ringing me to sort certain things out and thanks to Ellie for sending off form I appreciate you all you were all very nice and helpful thanks again . Dean

WELL, where do i start? I have been a tenant of jigsaw homes since june 2020, and what a disgraceful 5 years and 8 months it has been. When we moved in we found out that the house has never had fresh plaster in the 126 years it has been standing. This house was built in 1920 and still had all of its original plaster. So fast forward 126 years later 3 rooms have been re plastered. But not all after taking them to court they agreed to do the work that needed doing. It took them a month to do 3 rooms in january 2022. After they completed them 3 rooms they said we will have to come back at a later date and finish the work because we are needed at a new build site for the new houses. Which was fine because they said they would return and and complete the agreed work.
We are now in february 2026 and they have not returned. In our living room the ceiling is being held up by wood chip wallpaper believe it or not! And Geoff West the weasel said leave the woodchip on the ceiling because you will pull the majority of the ceiling down. This was said in 2022 and it is still there 4 years later. We have 5 children one suffering from a rare autoimmune disease. Jigsaw also said that they fitted a new bathroom and kitchen before we moved in, but a few years ago the previous tenant appeared at our front door one day and had confirmed to both me and my partner that our kitchen and bathroom are the same and has been for over 20 years. Disgusting i know!
Now before we moved into the property we was placed on a band A by MAREK as a high risk of being victims of homicide due to my wifes ex partner trying to unalive both me and my wife and the children they had together on multiple occasions. Before we moved in i noticed the fences are the height of a small child surrounding the back of the property and it backs onto a busy public park and i had said those fences need changing due to safety and privacy concerns, you know there is a man out there trying to kill us. 5 years and 8 months later the fences are still there, why might you ask? Jigsaws stance on this is and i quote “it is not financially viable for jigsaw homes to install higher more private and protective fences. So the answer there is money is more important than the safety and privacy of their tenants. Oh also our boiler has had no hot water since the 14th december 2025 i have rang and emailed asking for this to be fixed. And no one has come to fox it. This is now personal jigsaw homes, you have pushed me too far and now i am going to make you pay for your dehumanising treatment towards me and my wife and 5 children.

I had a great experience with JIGSAW HOUSING, I signed a contract within a day and had my key handed on the same day. Laura and Alison, my housing officers were very helpful and great.
Without their help I wouldn't have a roof a bove my head now.
Thank you so much , I really appreciate your help.

Been with this housing association for over three decades. However, Alison Hinchcliffe, Gabriel and Selena have been amazing throughout what has been an incredibly difficult time for me. I've finally got a real opportunity to start over in a lovely new home and their support has made all the difference. Thank you, each of you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
