My housing officer Michelle Swanson was absolutely lovely! I can't appreciate enough how much she has helped me, she great from when she offered me the property and viewed and sorted all my paperwork for me. She went above and beyond.

I had my electric checks done today by Sam Marsden. He’s a credit to Jigsaw. He was professional and friendly! Amazing service.

WELL, where do i start? I have been a tenant of jigsaw homes since june 2020, and what a disgraceful 5 years and 8 months it has been. When we moved in we found out that the house has never had fresh plaster in the 126 years it has been standing. This house was built in 1920 and still had all of its original plaster. So fast forward 126 years later 3 rooms have been re plastered. But not all after taking them to court they agreed to do the work that needed doing. It took them a month to do 3 rooms in january 2022. After they completed them 3 rooms they said we will have to come back at a later date and finish the work because we are needed at a new build site for the new houses. Which was fine because they said they would return and and complete the agreed work.
We are now in february 2026 and they have not returned. In our living room the ceiling is being held up by wood chip wallpaper believe it or not! And Geoff West the weasel said leave the woodchip on the ceiling because you will pull the majority of the ceiling down. This was said in 2022 and it is still there 4 years later. We have 5 children one suffering from a rare autoimmune disease. Jigsaw also said that they fitted a new bathroom and kitchen before we moved in, but a few years ago the previous tenant appeared at our front door one day and had confirmed to both me and my partner that our kitchen and bathroom are the same and has been for over 20 years. Disgusting i know!
Now before we moved into the property we was placed on a band A by MAREK as a high risk of being victims of homicide due to my wifes ex partner trying to unalive both me and my wife and the children they had together on multiple occasions. Before we moved in i noticed the fences are the height of a small child surrounding the back of the property and it backs onto a busy public park and i had said those fences need changing due to safety and privacy concerns, you know there is a man out there trying to kill us. 5 years and 8 months later the fences are still there, why might you ask? Jigsaws stance on this is and i quote “it is not financially viable for jigsaw homes to install higher more private and protective fences. So the answer there is money is more important than the safety and privacy of their tenants. Oh also our boiler has had no hot water since the 14th december 2025 i have rang and emailed asking for this to be fixed. And no one has come to fox it. This is now personal jigsaw homes, you have pushed me too far and now i am going to make you pay for your dehumanising treatment towards me and my wife and 5 children.

I had a great experience with JIGSAW HOUSING, I signed a contract within a day and had my key handed on the same day. Laura and Alison, my housing officers were very helpful and great.
Without their help I wouldn't have a roof a bove my head now.
Thank you so much , I really appreciate your help.

Been with this housing association for over three decades. However, Alison Hinchcliffe, Gabriel and Selena have been amazing throughout what has been an incredibly difficult time for me. I've finally got a real opportunity to start over in a lovely new home and their support has made all the difference. Thank you, each of you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️

They are really polite people thank you for helping me. I hope they could help me more because I’m on low income on universal credit so I need help with things in the property so if you could help, that will be appreciated. Thanks for your time and thank you to you all for being kind, helpful respectful

So, once again, Jigsaw Homes have failed miserably!
After my last review, here we are again.
Date 09.00hrs 25/10/2025
So, once again my boiler, which I keep having the same issues with, failed to give me hot water/heating!
Preparing to go to work also, I had to ring the emergency number (again).
A woman came on sounding completely miserably that I ruined her Saturday morning.
I was asked the usual personal details, then I explained the issue (and I know it's all caused by low water pressure, but I cant adjust this myself, because it's been boxed in, stating safety standards) so she asked me am I vulnerable, I said no, she said I had to ring back Monday morning then, I said, I've no hot water or heating, she said, she couldn't do anything as I wasn't classed as vulnerable, so I said I am and told her I had a mental issue, she said wait while she speaks to a supervisor, so I thought, not on a Saturday morning you ain't.
So, she popped me on hold and thats where I stayed until it cut off!!
Utterly deplorable that in Winter, I'm expected to have no hot water nor heating and have to ring for and appointment on Monday, when it's Saturday morning!!
This person needs to be either retrained or fired!!!
Jigsaw homes, I pay my rent weekly via DD out of wages NOT benefits, so I expect hot water and heating!
This is ridiculous!!!!
Now, I've had to ring in to cancel work (which goes against me) and get a private boiler engineer!!
Disgusting!!

Lovely and helped me and my family really appreciate the help she has done for us all great service and really happy thank you
This is my first time working with JigsawHomes, so far I like everything. I especially want to mention the agent Katie Wood, she helped a lot with the payment of utility bills, she always answers if I have questions or don't understand something. Thank you to her
I’m really grateful to Jigsaw Homes, especially to Katie Wood, for all the kindness, patience, and support I received during my move to Hilden Court.
The communication has been excellent, and Katie has been so understanding and helpful with every step of the process.
Thanks to her and the Jigsaw team, I was able to settle into my new home smoothly.
Their professionalism and compassion truly make a difference.
Thank you so much for everything — I really appreciate your support and care.
Lauren Spencer has been very helpful and patient with me right from the initial contact on a telephone interview to meeting her in person for the viewing and being in touch on the phone and via email and her replies have been prompt and it’s not been difficult to get hold of her. I’m coming out of a women’s DV refuge, and have a range of health issues, so it’s even more appreciated.
When I asked for some more time, she gave it to me and has prompted me politely when she’s needed to.
She even dealt in good humour with my Dad’s chatter when I viewed the property!
Also I’ve dealt with Laura for the affordability assessment who was friendly and helpful too. Rita who was my first point of contact was polite and straight forward to speak with and swift at sorting an appointment for me.
The support offered to new tenants is very impressive and valuable from my point of view - even to someone who is a problem-solver like me. Even the call-handlers along the way when I’ve rung in have been very pleasant and encouraging without knowing anything about me, so that’s nice as well.
