Hopeless operation.
How Berry Recruitment exist as a viable company is truly remarkable. Every part of their operation is poor/ unprofessional and completely lacking in any sort of empathy with prospective employees whatsoever! I agreed too 2 offers of temporary work and both were then retracted with no viable reasons whatsoever. The telephone manner of their staff is frankly pitiful,Rude/ patronising and arrogant. I would suggest most people applying for their non existent roles are more educated than themselves..There is plenty of decent/ professional and accommodating recruitment agencies out there and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere before wasting a large amount of time going through the application procedure with BERRY..they really are truly HOPELESS.

Unprofessional and Dishonest Ops Manager
I recently had a disappointing experience with this employment agency, mainly due to the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of their operations manager. From the moment I contacted the agency regarding our company's need for temporary staff, the operations manager's attitude was rude and dismissive. Not only did they lack basic courtesy, but they also blatantly lied about certain facts (which their own voice recordings confirmed). That, obviously, further eroded my trust in their services. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and dishonesty when seeking assistance for our business needs. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options before engaging with this agency, as their operations manager's conduct reflects poorly on their overall professionalism and integrity.

Rude when called
As someone who suffers with anxiety when talking to anyone over the phone I felt very humiliated and disrespected when I called them regarding a certain job, because of my anxiety I tend to speak fast and wanting to get the call over and done fast but the worker I spoke to made me feel more anxious and worst after she claimed she didn't understand a word I said and then decided it's a good idea to tell me off. As much as I need a job I won't bother with this company if they can make someone even more anxious then that person already is on a first call then I don't even want to know how badly this company treats their employees when starting to work.
