No option to manage payment method, no available customer service option

After last year's positive renewal experience this year shows a much different side of Bennetts. There is no way online to manage (or remove) stored payment methods, which I may need to do because of an upcoming credit card change which may cause renewal to fail depending on timing. The options seem to be webchat, which didn't work at all when I tried it this morning, or call them and speak to someone in person, except they don't answer the phone. Furthermore, by accepting the offered renewal, automatic-renewal is turned back on, but you are not notified of this. If a human at Bennetts happens to read this, then firstly, and obviously, enable management of stored payment methods because I don't want you to store my credit card details. Secondly, get your customer support system working, maybe hire more staff to answer the telephones in a timely manner and avoid losing customers! Much as I like the premium you offered, this lousy service has got me online searching for alternatives.

Quick, Simple & Stress Free

I had been off the road & not ridden my bike for 7 years. So i was a little rusty at shopping for bike insurance quotes. I used confused.com to search quotes & Bennetts had the most benefits at the lowest price with a low excess. From clicking the quote link to the Bennetts website, the process to verify my details & get insured was simple, easy & straight forward with large font, clear instructions & clear data entry on the screen. Most other insurance brokers i have used have more complex websites which are harder to confirm your details, log in, access your account & navigate. THEN all the PDF policy documents are separate & you are searching for what you need. In contrast, I particularly liked that with Bennetts, my online account was simple to set up & access. It was quick & easy to find all my documents my certificate, policy summary & all relevant details i need was ALL in ONE compact PDF document with all the relevant info i need with a limited No. of pages (Not 100s of pages long) which i could easy print off & file. It was nice not having refill my paper tray on my printer for once!

Excellent customer service

The two ladies I spoke with about my policies were both excellent and had very good knowledge. I needed to add a second bike to my policy and it was quite straight forward in the end. Thank you for all your help guys
