Nice fridge freezer and good size 50/50. Can not work out what temperature it should be inside. No numbers. Having difficulty in getting the correct temperature even thought I bought a small temperature gauge it goes from 3deg to 7deg within a few hours

Arrival of my 3rd fridgefreezer was last Thursday.
First one faulty.
Second one damaged.
So hopefully 3rd time lucky.

Really like the sleek appearance and hidden buttons to operate. Very quiet when running. Easy to load and very helpful manual.
One small drawback - would prefer a cutlery basket rather than the drawer tho I appreciate this allows for more space in the bottom.

My machine was only 8 weeks old and u repaired it after a wait of stress caused I should have recieved a new machine as it was manufacture fault

The dishwasher’s screen indicators are extremely faint, making it almost impossible to see which programme is selected, and this was an issue from the very first day. Customer support has been completely unhelpful, as the phone lines never connect and there is no way to reach anyone by email or other channels. Overall, very disappointing experience.

My attempt to log a warranty call lasted 30 minutes and every time I spoke with a person all they wanted to do was sell me either an extended warranty or insurance on my appliance - an appliance that was in full warranty.

It’s impossible to log a warranty call online unless you have extended warranty or insurance - you have to speak with someone who is paid to sell you that before they will schedule you an engineer visit.

I won’t buy beko ever again.

Good efficient little cooker, looks nice. A little disappointed with the glass top. Would have preferred a smokey coloured top which lay flat.

Very happy with appliance, delivery and installation.

Works perfectly....what more needs to be said.

Cant use it needs a new part already so very dissappointed in it only bought it in june

It looks nice, cleans well, and it was a good price.

The fact I had my last Beko machine for over 18 years and it would probably have still been working now if I'd installed it correctly 🤦‍♂️
But my new machine is much better anyway.

Terrible customer service
Sent broken appliance and replaced arrived broken .
Both fridge freezers returned
Will not be buying any Beko appliances again

Absolutely shocking customer service and poor quality Indesit washing Machine. After 3 months the machine started to leak, which resulted in damage to the kitchen floor. The fault was a hole in the drum which took 2.5 weeks to fix. The company refuse to repair the flooring claiming that the hole in the drum was not an electrical or mechanical fault. It is unknown how long the machine had been leaking as it was on an antu slip mat.
Terrible quality, terrible customer service telling me it was possibly my fault for damage caused for a belt or coin. Never buy from this company again but I don't think they care

I have had one of their washer dryers for 3 years and I have need it fixed twice, once under warranty and now once not. Furthermore, the customer service teams are IMPOSSIBLE to work with: it takes hours of navigating AI bots, phoneline pathways and 30mins+ on the phone with someone to get the initial repair booked in. After an initial visit, the follow up appointment to fit the new parts 1 week later never turned up - no phone call, text or email to communicate - and then they would only book me in again one week later! Never buying Beko again.
