New Beko 7kg washing machine installed…
New Beko 7kg washing machine installed on Tuesday by an expert team.
Ordered after studying several reviews and sites, to replace the old 5kg machine, which performed well for over 15 years.
The new machine is ideal,but, the written manual leaves much to be desired, compared with the 5kg guide: badly written in poor print with some programme instructions impossible to interpret.
It took several online searches and fruitless attempts to activate the Super Quick 14 minute wash.Success finally achieved today.
So, Beko, if anyone reads this, please consider improving the layout, print style and guidance for the 7kg manual and include programme duration, as with the old guide.

The whole experience from choosing the…
The whole experience from choosing the dishwasher to installation went really well. The only thing was we got talked into taking out a care plan for and decided to cancel as when we had time to read to document it didn’t provide the cover that another care plan provided. The refund was made without much fuss and within a couple of weeks.

New appliance is faulty
New appliance is faulty.
Spent 2 hours and wrong misdirections to hotpoint on the phone to have a repair booked. Which then at random was cancelled for absolutely no reason and instead was bombed with repair links that said to take the transit bolts out which has nothing to do with the issue at hand. Absolutely shocking service.

A replacement to a 19 month old fridge freezer!!!
I was without one for almost two weeks in very hot weather.
It took a long time before the issue was resolved!
Very good fitting team and the appliance (almost identical to my old one ) is excellent
Just hope it lasts longer this time!!!

Very disappointed with the machine,no comparison to the one it replaced . Ordered for me by my daughter without consulting me on my preferences in a machine. So many basic features lacking. I don’t need bells and whistles just simple good cleaning cycles.
